You did better than I did. Just today I finally got to where I would leave the house with a toupé. And like you I just felt hot and itchy and self conscious. At the end of the day I didn't see myself sleeping in it... which is how I came to your video... how the hell do I get this thing off after it's been on for so many hours? Well it's off now. and I feel so relieved!

Try to use a spray of water to remove the wig.
