I agree with you 100%! Wear what makes YOU feel beautiful. I’m 72 and if my facial features would allow me to wear a long wig, I would definitely do it. Longer hair really drags my face down, but I adore long wigs on ladies regardless of their age. Just personal choice. I’m living my best life. ❤

Sandy, I am sooo in tune with you. I avoided younger type wigs for along time until,. as Julia says., wear what you love. My criteria now *at 80* is...if I smile when I look at myself in the mirror - then I keep it. Julia is my favorite reviewer!

I like both wigs on you but the long wig is stunning. My personal criteria for wigs are they must be long or bobs, high density and they must have bangs. I am in my latter seventies and l like ecerything matched or complenting my outfit. The bangs hide forehead lines, and the long hair provides cover for any puffiness that might appear at the side of the face. I have wigs in every color (including pink, blue, purple and green, and l love when people compliment me, but don't recognize me.

Hello Heidi. I love that you have wigs in fashion colors to match with outfits. I choose my wigs for similar reasons. Bangs hide forehead lines. I have scoliosis (I had scoliosis Harrington rod surgery at age 12) which has caused my neck to be somewhat crooked, so I like mid-length or long styles to conceal that. Most people don’t notice my neck; it is my insecurity. Wigs are fun. Thank you for sharing! 💕

54 is young! I’m 76, and I wear above shoulder styles. I don’t wear super short styles because I have never looked good in short styles.

You look so beautiful in long hair. I think older women usually can’t pull it off (like me,unfortunately) I think if it makes you feel good then wear a long wig. I never judge someone with their own sense of style.

Thank you, Stephanie. I don’t judge either. I have a friend who doesn’t wear wigs, but she dyes her hair fashion colors. Right now it is blue. She’s a creative person. We express ourselves through our fashion and beauty choices.

Hi Julia! What a good topic! You should wear what ever style you want. I am 67 and wear both short styles and really long hair wigs. My regular hair is long now,(but very thin) so I sometimes wear long wigs. But I still wear my bobs and pixies too. Color is another hot topic. Wear what makes you happy!! Sometimes my long hair actually makes me look younger.(I have been told) Have a great 4th!

Lol! Thank you for the compliment. 💕 I have solar urticaria, which means sun allergy. I have to lather up in sunscreen, wear big sun hats, and cannot tan. I think this is a reason I look younger than my age. The sun can damage skin over the years. I also do not smoke. I drink lots of water. 🙂

I was stopped the other day and asked where did I get my beautiful wig.I smiled it's actually my real hair .At almost sixty I will for ever keep my natural long dark hair.Truly blessed.Go girls do what ever makes you happy to live your best lives.Dont conform to what others perceive us to be. Hi Julia … I love Belle Tress wigs , Rose Gold and Dusty Rosa is my choice of colors and I am 58 . I like mid back and shoulder lengths on me . Years ago I cut my hair short in order to dye it blonde. The first comment that I got from a man was "Oh, so now you're never going to wear long hear again, right?" I think short hair ages me so now that I wear wigs, I never wear shorties but all at least chin length or longer and I'm almost 70 years old.

Yes, Certain face styles dictate the best hair styles. Julia has a longer face thus looks FANTASTIC in long hair styles. We also seen that red or red tints are certainly her color. She looks really "Hot" and sexy in those styles. Sorry have to honest. :)
