People living in a converted mill next too a music venue, what could possibly go wrong. Trencherfield mill residents complaned about the pier and eventually got the council to get rid. Will we see history repeating itself. Great videos, I moved from Wigan 17 years ago, ohh how it's changed for the worse and it wasn't brilliant then.

Quite like the idea with the mill chimney, would give the town a modern touch being lit up at night.
