Wigeon in the Wheat | The Grind S9:E7

After a great first day in North Dakota, The Grind hits another flooded wheat field. With this wetland only being ankle deep, the habitat is prime for one of our favorite ducks; the American Wigeon.

As someone who loves training dogs I really appreciate that you guys showcase the dog work! I've trained with lots of the SOK guys and have 2 dogs from them myself! Don, Wally, and Alex are some class acts and it's hard to find better people to hunt with/learn from!

Were you all shooting bismuth, what size shot? Do you notice a major difference vs steel at distances 30yd+?

Bill was shooting bismuth, Tim was shooting Fasteel. Of course the performance out of the bismuth is hard to argue with, great knock down power.
