Wiggleproof Ruck

This video shows how to do wiggle proof ruck carry. This carry works well in a wrap that is one size longer than your base size. This carry has a ruck pass, and two wiggle proof passes. Wiggle proof passes are passes that start under the baby's leg and are spread over baby's back. The video includes tips for spreading the wiggle proof pass over baby's back, which can be pretty hard!
