It's a super cute one! This style doesn't come in a mono top version. It only has the small quarter size mono section at the back crown.

Hi there! If the wig fits your circumference properly (it is a size petite/average), then it should stay put pretty much wherever you place it😊 If you are referring to the actual hair fibers staying off your face, then you may have to work with it to get it styled the way you like it. Oftentimes, it take getting your hands in there and working with the fibers and maybe using some synthetic hairspray to get the hair where you want them❤
