Put a quarter size hole in the bucket lid,put the stirrer in the bucket put the lid on the bucket with the shaft sticking out the top tighten the chuck on the shaft and put the lid on tight then mix you won't spill any!

I think heating up the Caro like you did with the molasses would work well. I mixed up a simpler variation of this recipe, and I'm going to set it out today. Thanks for sharing.

Brown sugar is just plain white sugar with molasses assed. Dark brown sugar just has more molasses added. So if you don’t have brown sugar it’s no biggie.

Well,… I’ve just blended together using the suggested ingredients, I may have bought a little more of each. Once the jugs I filled settled down a bit I added one more container of Molasses, I thought the bottle might explode, I guess the Baking Soda & Molasses create some sort of pressure. I poured it back into two large pails and allowing it to breath over night before I cap them off and head north. Im in Canada so I spent $74.00 but that’s ok. I used a similar method last year with great success.

That’ll probably work awesome as long as you don’t have wild hogs in the area. In that case $40 in today’s prices will be all gone overnight before you even get in the deer stand the next morning.

I was already thinking 'where am I going to get kool-aid mix and molasses in the UK?' and then you cracked open the apple concentrate. Honestly never saw anything like that. The closest we have is quadruple-concentrated fruit squash!

I don't agree with the amount of salt. If you're going to do that, just put out a salt lick. I know guys who put out a salt lick and a few corn ears, and that's it.
