Used the mini Stabila for years now, it lives in my ticket pocket, so it’s always to hand. In my opinion it’s a must have ...and yes, I’m a Sparky.

I never use the Wiha level for back boxes, I find it really useful for multiple wall light fixings, especially those horrible plaster wall washes, set the inner sliders to match up with fixing holes of fitting or wall plate and the outer for the extremes of the fitting to cover maybe paint marks etc and then go round the room marking all in one go.

I already have the Stabila, but the Wiha level looks very handy. My Stabila (sold in Sweden) have a hole at the center for your screwdriver.

Wiha are making great spark tools . The pocket level is so helpful in cupboards etc great for switches etc . Another great video Jordan

I have both, I find both are useful. The wiha is useful for many fixings especially if you're in a tight corner and can't use a laser as you level it and hold with one hand while marking with the other hand.

I use the wiha spirit level mainly for mounting routers, access points and such on walls. Well in general i use this level to what ever i need to mount. I just wish the sliding distance marks would like "click" like every 5 mm. They are too easy to slide and had a lot of times that the marks were off from where they should be, especially over time. Its a good level if you can get it on a good deal but its not perfect. And Stabila is Stabila, never can go wrong with those levels.

71mm from center to center to create such things here. The boxes can be clipped together and there's a connection between them where you can put wires on to make connections between the outlets or put in other devices like switches: i.ytimg.com/vi/HGZUyvhy9aA/maxresdefault.jpg The markings are for the center of the hole you need put into the wall, either using a hole saw or a hollow drill of fitting diameter. www.meinhausshop.de/magazin/wp-content/uploads/2019/09/bohrmaschine-zur-vorbereitung-der-steckdosen-montage.jpg It's also to fit the frames, there are different frames available for a different number of devices and of course different manufacturers. The frame manufacturer should be identical to the manufacturer of the device, otherwise the parts won't fit. The frames can be used horizontally or vertically, doesn't matter. The small one is a real lifesafer, got it too but mine got a little bend on the downside so you can reach a fixing screw ouf outlets or switches, the magnet is on the backside with a rim to fit on the metal frame of a device. I have the stablia pocket level clipped to the side of my mct as I’m always using it great bit of kit. Seen the wiha level before but didn’t think it would benefit me and also on the pricey side.

How are you supposed to get this (the wiha) into a backbox hole to mark the wall? very overpriced for a surface mounted kit, that's all it's good for, and you're probably better off putting the stabila inside the backbox and offering it up to the wall. I've looked into it a couple of times, it's not going to be any use. Another annoyance is why can't they do measurements right up to the end of the level? The stabila is great, I have a couple on the team.

Let's be honest...For 30eur you get 40cm level with some plastic sliding markings with holes...Overpriced thing for half of that price you can get on amazon.de alu level with measurings on It. Draw a line,measure space between holes and you're good to go.

The stabila mini magnetic back box 👍. The wiha leve I used whilst working with my colleague. My Fukuda green line laser lever is much quicker and easier.
