Make your own "PAR" so you always have an indication if you are on pace for a record round. For me, I absolutely have to eagle 1, 3, 5, 7 and I need to hole out a long shot on one of the 2,4,6,8 holes. If I do that I am standing on the 9th tee at -13 and a double eagle is a real possibility on #9 if you get a favorable condition. I have shot -16 twice and -15 at least a dozen times. Both times I have made -16 I have been at -14 after 8 holes.

@@nicolelawless3199 In the nine hole classic game wind conditions are random and change on every hole. There are no settings for wind. In the 3 hole training games the wind will always be 0-10 mph in EASY, 10-20 mph in INTERMEDIATE and 20-30 mph is EXPERT.

Amazing game! I hope to be as good as you someday. I’m pretty good at golf. My record for 9 holes is -9.The shots in these videos were phenomenal especially the double eagle on hole 3. I’m surprised there wasn’t any hole in ones in this video which makes it even more impressive in my opinion.

If you want to shoot low you have to be of the mentality that birdie is a bad score. If I don't make an eagle on #1 I quit and start over, If I make a par I quit and if I am not at least -8 after 5 holes I quit. You also have to be able to salvage a birdie when conditions are extreme. Putt whenever possible if you are off the green (it is always preferable to roll the ball)

@@dls69er how do you read gradient when putting from beyond the green? Like for example if there's a downhill gradient where the fair way meets the green will that gradient also be a part of the fairway even though it's not visible? Does this make sense? haha

@@kristoferhansen7786 I have usually played a shot from that area before. I am so consistent that when I miss I usually miss in the same spot . You have to do it by eye and by feel. It's not as hard as it seems because you can be off and there is a margin of error allowance when putting. If you are not playing enough break the computer will straighten out the putt slightly. If you are playing too much break the putt will curve a little more. It's not much but it is noticeable. Also, fairways leading up to the green will go up and down but they are pretty level laterally

dls69er Hi again. No 1: You need to have the Wii Motion Plus attached to the bottom end of your Wii remote (but you probably knew this...). Besides that, I think I know what you are talking about! My problem was actually the other way around, playing Wii Sports; I’ll elaborate... I’ve had a fascination for golf since the 80’s, and I have always hoped that I one day will find time to play more of the game myself. When Wii came along I found an easily accessable way to nurture my hobby at the same time as I was being a father (I would always play after my two young children were put to bed, mind you!). Playing Wii I always tried to copy a proper golf swing, and I found that much easier with the improved performance of the Wii Motion Plus. When I was playing Wii Golf it seemed like the remote somehow didn’t register my big/slow movements, or at least the timing was off. The responsiveness and accuracy was way better with my technique on Wii Sports Resort. The game also gave me the sensation that I was out playing golf... it was an easy choice! At the same time I know for a fact that you CAN sit down playing WSR too, but I cannot compare the two games, as I haven’t perfected the wrist flicking technique, like you have... Seeing your videos tells me that your approach and analysis are quite similar to mine; still I think you will probably have to do something with your technique... I have a newer edition of Wii (2010 or 11) and the remote says Wii Motion Plus Inside so I will assume there is no problem with the equipment. I too had a fascination with the (real) game of golf. My best score on a course over 6000 yards was a 71. I am reluctant to tell you how old I am ( I was born 7 years before Sweden's best finish ever in the World Cup) and I can tell you're no youngster either. Everyone following my videos would unsubscribe if they knew. I have also decided against going after your -27 on Resort since I would never be able tolerate standing for long periods of time. I am not a gamer and Wii Sports is the only game I play. I excel only in games where the ball is standing still and my performance is laughable in games where speed and reaction time are essential. After I shoot 1000 in the Wii Target Golf game there will be no other worlds to conquer. Best Regards, Stan

I too, am not a gamer; I only played Wii Sports and Wii Sports Resort, the two games that came with the console that I got for Christmas in 2009. I quit cold turkey when I set my record in October of 2012 and haven’t played more than a handful times since then. Every time I pick up the controls I am drawn to the game in such a way, that even though it is intoxicating in a good way, playing makes me some what sad, because I cannot put in the hours that I’d like. There is something compelling about the game; it fits my personality. And like you, I need the ball to sit still; an action packed game like a race or a chase doesn’t work for me, I just can’t keep up the pace (like my kids can...). Your real golf skills are certainly far better than mine. I’m still a beginner 30 yrs after I played my first round of golf. I am hoping that maybe one day I will be able to order from the club house bar a drink to celebrate finishing a round with the same ball as I started with in the morning😄! Anyway, I truly enjoy your posts. Keep up the good work, inspiring people (of all ages!) to endulge in this great game, sitting down or standing up, regardless! E

Question: How do you shoot? Like, I mean physically with the remote? I always play standing up and shoot without taking a backswing. However, I've found that the game will often adjust my shot to what it "thinks" I want, instead of what I actually want. I know it does this because there are times where I will legitimately practice a shot 15 times with nearly the same amount of power every time, within 1/8 of a click, but when I take the real shot the game will adjust it significantly higher or lower than that. Is this a product of me swinging without a backswing? I see when you shoot your Mii will start with a full backswing and then sort of adjust from there. Is that more accurate? And does that stop the game from "doctoring" your shot?

I sit in a recliner, most of the time with my legs up, and just flick my wrist. I have difficulty adjusting playing at someone else's house because their chair is not the same, the armrest is slightly higher or lower making my arm angle different. Your actual swing will always be different than the practice swings because when you decide to shoot you are using a different part of your brain. I am just the opposite of you.....my practice swings are erratic sometimes but once I decide to swing it's like my internal CPU kicks in and I "just feel it". I sometimes miss very badly if another thought enters my mind. If you want to develop a "feel" I suggest playing Target Golf. THe standard shot in that game is 3.55 power and you have to adjust higher or lower depending on the wind condition, but beware because once you go over 3.7 it goes into the red. Watch my new video with all 4 Presidents getting a hole in one. Every one of my shots is hit with the exact same power (about 25% into the 3rd dot). I don't know how I do it but maybe my subconscious does. I tried to use the short stroke instead of the full swing but it does not work for me. Maybe not enough sensory feedback.

2:38 is a revealed secret where when you shoot with a driver and the camera is panned up and does that motion with the ball, it tells you the ball will hit the pin and mostly go in.

Yes, it has happened to me a couple dozen times on hole #3 over the past 15 years and I recall the ball not going in the hole only once. Something similar happened on hole #6 years ago. I hit my second shot toward the pin (iron) and the camera did sort of an incremental zoom toward the hole and the ball went in. It never happened again.

I had a 13 under par on this one. 16 is phenomenal. If I remember correctly it's possible to recognize positions and pixels. You literally could measure your shot and know exactly what to do. Learning the wind is key to getting anything above 13. Great score and very well done

What do you mean "recognize positions and pixels" ? I try to aim precisely by using the positioning of the power bar, aiming bar, edge of the TV screen etc.. I also use marks and lines on the rocks, trees, edge of the green, edges of the tee or tee ball or the pointer. Learning the wind helps you get close but it is my intent hole out even from 240 yards. I have written notes on 2,4,8,9 because guessing will not put you in the hole.

I've always believed the 6th hole is the toughest because of the 2nd shot alone. I was more impressed with that than the 2 on the first par 5.

The easiest way to hole out from long range is to get the ball rolling toward the hole.That is possible under many conditions on hole #6. On hole #3, which I consider the toughest to Double Eagle (easy to Eagle), you cannot land the ball on the green without going way over. The landing area for your second shot (from the plateau) is between the trap and green and it is not level so luck is the determining factor. Most of the time I don't even come close and am left with a 20-40 foot putt.

If you hit your drive to the very front edge of the "island" on the left, you still have 200+ yards to go. Even with a 30 mph wind directly at your back I am pretty sure you can't make it to the putting surface with an iron. I have never tried it though ??

I am going to explore the use of an iron a little closer. I have no problem hitting the green 80% of the time when I use the driver on my 2nd shot. I drive the ball into the bank next to the green and it just pops up and onto the green. I have no problem getting eagles but I would like to improve my chances at getting a two. I don't know if you can land short of the trap and bounce over.

Thanks. I think it was eagle on the 6th. If I make no mistakes in a round I am at -14. That means I have to make long shots to go lower. I do not consider eagle on hole #1 as a long shot because I restart if I don't eagle #1. There are impossible conditions that force me into making a "mistake"

I have advised other commenters how to shoot low. You must change your mentality. Birdies are not good and pars are unacceptable.....in fact I quit if I get a par. You can NEVER miss a putt. You must be able to eagle all of the par 5's just about every time and hole #7, under most conditions, should be eagle too. I always eagle hole #1 because I quit and start over if I don't. In a nutshell, THINK LOW. I consider -12 an average score.

My record is -5, and yeah I know I can do a lot better, but consistently making shots and not messing up for a whole game is what's hard. If I did every hole individually and added up the total of my best scores, I'd have a -9 or 10 for sure, but playing consistently is what's really tough about this game, but for you it was unphasing. You have to, at minimum, eagle 1,3,5,7,9 and birdie 2,4,6,8. That should be your "par" if you want to shoot -14. Hole a couple long ones and you could go even lower.

Yes, I reset immediately if I don't get a favorable condition. Favorable conditions are wind directly at my back, no wind, and wind directly in my face up to 6 mph. Holing out on #3 is virtually all luck. There is no way you can be consistent with the uneven landing area between the trap and green.

On hole 5 there is a way to do it consistently in 2 strokes. Standing at the start, aim towards one of the trees on the right side. It needs some fiddling ‚till you found the right tree to pass through.

The green can be reached in 2 shots under most conditions by landing your drive left of the trees. If I determine that to be impossible I will then attempt a shot through the trees. Also, I find that holing out a 220 yard shot by bouncing it over the trap is easier than trying to land an iron directly on the green. I am always trying to make Double Eagle not Eagle.

In North America and a few other places it is known as a Double Eagle. The rest of the World knows it as an Albatross. Believe it or not they have a name for a hole in one on a par 5 or a 2 on a par 6 (there are a hanful of par 6's in the USA).....it's called a Condor

How do you judge Hook /draw - slice /fade??

The ball will only hook/slice if you go "into the red" on the power bar. I cannot control if it hooks or slices once I go "into the red". The harder you swing, the more pronounced the hook or slice will be. I sit in a recliner and just flick my wrist to execute my shots. Perhaps there is someone out there who can execute a hook or slice at will using a different method.

I absolutely have to Eagle hole #1 or I quit and start over. You have to Eagle 3,5,7. You have to at least birdie 2,4,6,8. If you make 1 long shot the first 8 holes you are standing on the 9th tee at -13. Double Eagle is a real possibility if I get a favorable condition. I have shot -16 twice, 5 years ago and maybe 9 years ago. Two other people have shot -16, Juan Garrido Martin of Spain and RJ from Minnesota. RJ was the first to do it. Both times I shot -16 I was -14 after 8 holes. I just needed for lightning to strike one more time. I don't play as much anymore which puts a damper on a possible -17.

Yea eagle on #1 is mandatory and all the par 5s, getting an eagle on the other two par 4s is tough especially hole #6. Then everything could be going well and you need wind on #7… A hole in one would be nice, but getting an albatross is crazy… Impressive you’ve done it twice Do you play by feel or do you have a book or something where you have all the wind and shots mapped out?

@@Exoh I have written notes on holes 2,4,8,9. Everything else is an educated guess. I consider hole #6 to be easy because you can roll the ball at the hole when the hole is in the left and back positions. When the hole position is front right the incline of the green helps you stop or slow down the ball. Hole #7 I can hole out from the front trap a high percentage, 30 to 85% depending on the shot. Hole #3 is easy to Eagle and very difficult to Double Eagle because of the unpredictability of the landing area between the trap and green. If you want to shoot LOW you can never miss a shot when you have the putter in your hands. Also, you need favorable conditions on some of the holes because you need to hole out on a couple long ones. There is virtually no luck in this game......if you are not lined up properly at address it is not going in.

@@dls69er True, yea man getting -16 is actually absurd, everything has to go right. Hole #8 can actually turn out to be the hardest hole depending on the wind because you have to skip it up on to the green. You had a couple clutch putts off the green for your -16, including #8. Me and my friend always use an iron when were off the green if we can't putt because it takes out the wind mostly and you can just roll it on the green, even in the traps.

Thanks. The one other time I shot -16 (not on video) I was -12 after 6 holes which means that -17 or even -18 is possible. I still play a couple of rounds daily hoping for "lightning to strike". There was a guy that posted on the now defunct WII-RECORDS.COM site that shot the first -16. His name was RG or RJ and I think he was from Minnesota. He mentioned in his post that his second best score was -14. I have shot -15 about 10 times so I am still hopeful that someday I will get extremely lucky. If you want to beat your -12 you must figure out how to eagle the first hole on a regular basis. I quit my round if I don't eagle the first hole. After I eagle the first hole it is imperative that I get eagles on 3,5,7. I must also hole a long shot on 2,4,6 or 8 so that I am standing on the 9th tee at -13. If I get a condition on that hole that I am familiar with, I have a chance of being very close on my double-eagle attempt. I have written notes on holes 2,4,8 and 9 because it is impossible to hole out unless your aim and execution are exact.

I play a couple games a day. If I don't eagle the 1st hole, I quit and start over. In order to shoot -16 you MUST eagle 1, 3, 5 ,7. You also must hole out a long shot on either 2, 4 ,6, or 8. That will put you at -13 standing on the 9th tee. If I get a favorable condition on 9, I have a good chance of being close on my second shot if I execute. The other -16 I shot, I started out with 6 consecutive eagles but limped home with birdie, birdie, eagle when I got unfavorable conditions on the last three holes. If I just play a game, -11 to -13 would be an average score.

My advice is don't miss any short putts.......if you can shoot -14 you can shoot -15. To shoot World Record low you have to get off to a good start so I quit if I don't Eagle the 1st hole.

I quit and start all over again if I do not Eagle #1. I also quit and start over again if I do not have a favorable condition on hole 1. You must change your mental approach to birdie is a bad score. In order to go really low you must eagle 1,3,5,7 and birdie 2,4,6,8. You will then be standing on the 9th tee at -12. You cannot miss a single putt. I shoot -14 a couple of times a week. What that means is that I didn't make a mistake. To go lower you have to hole out long shots.

@@aura5149 when the wind is directly at your back you can learn, through trial and error, how to make a good percentage of your second shots. I would estimate that I can hole out my second shot about 10 times in an hour. 0 mph and 2 to 6 mph in your face can be made on a regular basis too. Any type of crosswind, no matter how slight, makes for a very low percentage shot.

I am only 95% sure his initials were RJ. I'm not 100% he was from Minnesota either because I am relying on memory from 10 years ago. I used to post scores on wii-records.com which no longer exists. RJ posted a picture of his scorecard and I conversed with him on their forum. He said he had never shot better than -14 prior to his record score and that he was quitting Nintendo Wii all together. Based on his conversations and other scores he posted on the site, I am sure his score was legitimate.

I have been trying for years to get a -13. I was playing with my girlfriend a couple days ago and she had a -11 going into the 8th hole with a possible shot at -16 in theory but I at least wanted her to get a -13. She parred 8 and birdied 9 so she ended up with her first -12, the most impressive thing is, is that she did it while sitting down on the couch. Do you sit or stand when you play Man? Just wondering. That has happened to me a half dozen times on that hole, but one of the times it didn't go in. The ball hit the pin, fell straight down and hung on the lip. I hit my 2nd shot on hole 6 once and something like that happened but it has never happened again.

You may have read this in some of my other comments. In order to shoot really low you absolutely have to eagle hole #1. If I don't eagle #1 I start over. I also start over if the wind condition is not directly in my face or directly at my back or zero wind. There are several conditions on #2 where I have a good chance to ace the hole. A light wind in your face is best. Any type of wind at your back makes the hole impossible. If you get an ace on #2 you need to take note of how you did it. As far as hitting the flag stick on #3 that is pure luck but you absolutely have to be able to at least eagle all of the par 5's .Another must is an eagle on #7. If you can't put it on the green you must figure out how to put it in the front trap. I can hole out a high % from there on many different conditions. #8 is the toughest hole to at least birdie because it is so hard to even hit the green under certain conditions. The idea is to eagle 1,3,5,7 and get lucky by holing a long shot on 2,4,6 or 8. If all that happens you are standing on the 9th tee at -13. You must take notes on #9 because there is no room for error. It is actually the easiest hole to double eagle because there is only 1 pin position and you can (with practice) get the ball rolling toward the pin. Just clearing the rocks with a driver is the easiest way to get double eagle. I have shot -16 twice but I think I can shoot lower. I was -12 after 6 holes the first time I did it ( not on video ) but only got a birdie on #7 which killed my chance to go lower. The good thing about this game is that you can make long shots if you know exactly where to aim which comes with experience and taking notes. The bad thing about this game is that you cannot get lucky if you are not aimed properly. I have written notes on holes 2,4,8 and 9 and the other holes I make educated guesses. Good Luck. One other thing, I quit the round if I get anything worse than a birdie.

And the other one, on number n.5, how far right would you recommend hitting the drive? I usually go just left of the tallest tree. and then have 5 or 7 into the green. @@jousireischig I always use the driver on my second shot on #3 but generally have a problem getting the ball rolling to the hole because the landing area is sloped and hard to predict. I think I will experiment with the iron to see if that is any better. I have never really tried it. I almost never try to cut the corner on #5. I would rather have a 220 yard shot into the green. I like the longer shot because I can drive the ball into the slope in front of the green which will slow it down and have it start rolling towards the hole. When the hole is on the left side you have to make sure to hit your drive far enough so that you take the trap in front of the green out of play and just roll it up there. I have double eagled this hole several hundred times and it has always been with the driver. I can't recall ever making a 2 on that hole with an iron.Also, on #5, if you have a very strong wind at your back you can hit driver and let the ball roll 60 yards all the way to the green.

In Wii Sports Golf (not Resort) there is no backspin imparted to the ball. The only way the ball will spin back (or appear to spin back) is if you have a heavy wind in your face or if you land on a portion of the green that is inclined. If you are talking about the power bar going into the red and the ball curving right or left, that is another matter.

Hello. I was wondering about how many -16s are known to have happened, and the people behind them. I am aware of yours (obviously), one from a Spanish player named Juan Garrido Martin, and another one from a player named RJ. There's also a -16 posted on cyberscore, but that person posted a photo of Art Ziffel's score (which may indicate it was your run), but it was in 2015, comapared to this video's upload date of 2018... do you know anything about these players, or any others that have achieved a -16, or held a score wr in the past ?

I am Stanley. In addition to Cyberscore I submitted my records to VGA (Video Game Records) but apparently they are out of business. Twin Galaxies used to be affiliated with Guinness Book of World Records and they have my ZERO score in "Hitting the Green" as the record. They would not accept any more of my records unless I agreed to become an adjudicator or judge. The -16 I submitted to Cyberscore in 2015 was only a picture of the scorecard because I did not capture that round on video. I bought a capture device in 2016 and didn't shoot another -16 until 2018.

He had a pic of his scorecard but I conversed with him in the wii-records.com forum and he is legit.

@@dls69er Yeah I am aware of Espen's run and Murasaki's runs of -27. Somebody asked how many people had a score of -24 or better and I got curious. Many old sources like wii-records are now defunct but using the Wayback Machine and looking through the comments of various videos and youtube itself, I found 33 different players with -24 or better, though most of them don't have any existing evidence. If you are interested I can send you the list. No such list exists for the original Wii Sports, that might be something I work on at some point, all players with a score of -14/-13 or better

There are 3 different pin positions on each of the holes 1 through 8. On hole 9 there is only one pin position. The pin positions are random and you never know which one it will be until you are standing on the tee. Every time you play you will get different pin positions.

@@dls69er i dont understand how to eagle 1, i get really close but an eagle happens once in maybe 30-40 tries. do you have a special approach to that ? i try landing as far to the right as i can so the bunker doesnt get in the way when i have wind from the back, but apart from that its a 70-50 yard shot, not thats easy (for me at least) And thank you for the tips, will also start to make notes

@@cryptoluca5263 I quit and start over if I don't eagle #1 and I can eagle #1 10 times in an hour. I have learned where to aim when the wind is directly at my back (or no wind at all). I restart if there is any kind off crosswind no matter how slight. Play with a foursome when practicing so you can adjust each shot based on the previous shot. You will also learn how to make shots when a slight wind is directly in your face. Watch my latest video which demonstrates perfect aim and execution. ps do not move your aim to the far right on your drive. I leave it in the default position whenever the flag is back right or in front. When the flag is back left I move my (drive) aim left so I have a perfectly straight shot. Most of my second shots are aimed slightly right of the pin.

I consider myself a wii sports golf master -- not on this level by any means, but a master nonetheless. I average somewhere between 9 and 10 under each game (probably closer to -9). I'm here to tell you that the two most skillful shots on this run were none of his chip-ins, as impressive as those are. The chip on hole one is a solid shot, but with no wind, that is the easiest hole to gain a stroke on for the entire course. (Gaining a stroke = shooting one less shot than you would expect in an average attempt on that hole) Hole 3's chip is the luckiest shot in the game -- now don't get me wrong, that is also a stupid hard shot that requires immense skill -- but there is a large element of luck in that as well. I will add this caveat though: if Wii Toob was _trying_ to hit the edge of the green to get the ball to hit the flag, I take back everything I just said, because that would be nothing short of incredible. Hole 6's chip in was also a fantastic shot requring incredible talent. However, the wind and pin placement were ideal in that scenario, allowing for a great chance to do exactly what was done. But no, the two most impressive shots are the tee shot at 7 and the 2nd shot on 9. My God, I have never once been able to hit the green on 7 when the wind is blowing >15 MPH in any direction other than north or northwest, let alone *28 MPH!!!* Perhaps wiitomb has played long enough to figure out exactly where to put that shot with 28MPH easterly wind, but still, unbelievable shot to give yourself a relitively easy putt. I only eagle 7 about 10% of the time on a good day -- but I have never come close to doing it with that wind. Finally, the 2nd shot on hole 9. Are you kidding me? It is a slightly uphill shot, meaning that you have to add just a bit more power than you would expect, and even with a pretty favorable 8 MPH face wind, if you do not hit that small patch of rough that tomb smacked, you either missed short and are in the water, or you hit the fairway and the ball zooms right past the green and into the fairway/rough behind the hole, leading to a tough chip for eagle. From a technical standpoint, it is not as great as the shot on 7, or the chip-ins on 1, 3, or 6, but to hit it _perfectly_ under the pressure he was under? He knew what was at stake -- a literal world record. My favorite part of the video is 9:48-10:20 when you can just feel him mentally trying to calm himself down. At 10:20 just says "fuck it" and hits a near perfect shot. Not only hitting the small patch of rough, but putting the ball on the tiny elevated island on the green. That is ICE in the veins.

I am glad you enjoyed my video. Let me give a few insights into my round. I always eagle hole #1 because I start over if I don't. Hole #3 was 95% luck. The skill part was just getting it to land between the trap and green and headed in the general direction of the pin. Hole 7 with the 28 mph crosswind was not that great a shot because I can execute that shot 90 % of the time. Change the wind speed a little and I know exactly how much to adjust. If you play 3 hole EXPERT a thousand times you will know too. Any condition that allows me to put the ball in the front trap on #7 will result in an eagle half of the time. You are absolutely right about the "fuck it" shot. I was starting to think too much. I just pulled the trigger and let "feel" take over before my brain ruined the shot. I have made double eagle on #9 several hundred times. The most common way to get the ball rolling toward the hole at the right speed is to just clear the rocks. I have shot -16 once before and -15 over a dozen times and so can you. You MUST eagle 1,3,5,7 and then make one long shot on 2,4,6 or 8. That puts you on the 9th tee at -13 with a chance at the record. Good Luck.

@@dls69er Great insights! Looks like I need to practice on 7, because that is no doubt my weak point right now. I probably only eagle it 10-15% of the time. Probably need to, like you said, practice it on expert over and over again to figure out where to put each shot. (By the way, a 50% rate of chip ins from the front bunker??? What kind of god are you?) My current goal is -13. I've gotten -12 five times now, and have been getting very, very close to -13. Easiest way to get it is eagling 3,5,7, and 9. But gaining stokes on 1,2,4, or 6 is usually pretty feasible. With as close I have been getting the last few days, I'm willing to be I get that elusive -13 soon. Then comes the even more daunting task of -14. I think -14 is where the men are separated from the boys. I believe -13 is the last score that you can achieve "skillfully." (Skillfully meaning one putting each hole) Obviously as you improve you can start to eagle hole 1, for instance, a high percentage of the time. But in general, one can't really assume an eagle on 1 since that is a chip in. In my eyes, a perfect "skillful" game is -13: B, B, E, B, E, B, E, B, E Once you get past that, you really need to focus precision on approach shots. I still take a "eh, close enough" approach to most approach shots, which is probably why I'm struggling so much to get to -13.

@@sawmill035 I also will admit to having written notes on holes 2,4,8,9 since you can never make a long shot unless you are lined up correctly. Just out of curiosity, do you live south of the equator (Australia maybe) ? On hole #7 you refer to my 28mph crosswind shot as easterly whereas I would call it westerly......but your wind speed would then be in meters per second , wouldn't it ??

@@sawmill035 instead of clicks use objects in the background like trees, marks on the rocks or use the edge of the blue bar or diamond pointer to align perfectly. Also, play with a foursome when you are compiling notes. Use clicks if you have to. Here is a shot to try. Hole #8 with the wind at 26mph. Wind is in your face at 5:30 (imagine a clockface). DO NOT MOVE the aim bar and just hit it at 3.9+ on the power bar. Goes in every time if you get the power right.......I only take notes on the par 3's and the last hole. Too many variables on the other holes.

In 13 years of playing this game I have only made it to the 9th tee at -14 twice. In 13 years of playing this game I have only shot -7 on 3 hole Expert 6 times. The only time I had a reasonable expectation 0f -18 was 9 years ago when I was -12 after 6 holes. Impossible conditions on the last 3 holes did me in that day. One thing for sure, you have to be extremely skilled, extremely knowledgeable, and extremely lucky at the same time to have a chance.
