They mostly trashed Fi for "being captain obvious, & lacking a personality", when they fail to realise, SHE IS AN ANDROID. They don't come with feelings. And robots in other series WITH personalities are their problem. It's more realistic for an artificially created being to have no personality at all until they somehow grow a soul. Just look at the Giant from Iron Giant.

I would imagine they'll introduce more males, but I'm not surprised. Hyrule is based on the Goddess creators, and much of their manifestations and/or heroic tools happen to be female. I would expect the good Hyrule representatives to be a bit female heavy, and that's ok with me. Still, there are some guys which would be nice to see as playable, and I'm counting on them to show up. For example, one of the Goron sort.

It's funny because there are a lot of negative reactions to Fi being in the game, and people have rights to their own opinions, so I won't judge. However, the funny part is that while she seems to get a lot of hate, Fi is actually one of the smoothest characters in the game. One of my best and favorites, actually.

She really is so much fun to use! It's fun to be able to keep your forward momentum while attacking! Everybody else but Link on his horse feel slow after attacking with Fi (though she takes way too long before dashing IMO).

Undrave You can dash instantly by holding down the button that's for evading. I don't get why the game doesn't tell you, but there you go.

Something I saw is that Fi acts like The Wii Fit Trainer in Super Smash Bros. Fi in Hyrule Warriors uses ballet moves for most of her attacks. The Wii Fit Trainer in SSB uses yoga moves as her attacks. So that's cool. Also something I saw (well heard) is that Fi actually has a voice in this game! Not just robotic voice!! Can't wait for Hyrule Warriors to come out!!!
