@@jackbassett3091 I don't count BOTW as a true Wii U game because it was also released on the Switch. Sure, it was intended for the WII U, but BOTW was also released at the end of the Wii U's life as Nintendo's main home console. It may technically be a Wii U game, but not like 3D world, Pikmin 3, Mario Kart 8, or Mario Maker were. Those games were all released during the WIi U's lifetime and were all intended for the Wii U only. Putting all that aside, BOTW is probably the best Wii U game, but Pikmin 3 is still my favorite.

I find the Rock Pikmin to be a pretty good idea, it adds to the strategy and fills in some of the elements Pikmin weren't immune to before ( ex: crushing, wind, possibly explosions)

This game is utterly fantastic. I'm about 7 hours in and soooooo addicted. Familiar pikmin gameplay but so refined and the combination of nunchuk, remote & gamepad functions are just the perfect fit for the franchise. This is an essential game for ANYONE who's sick of all the same generic crap we've had on other systems this last gen. This game deserves to sell systems.

Please, i tried to support the franchise by purchasing physical and digital versiobs of pikmin 3, also buying digital pikmin 1 and 2 and also i bought pikmin short movies HD and 3D versión on wii u and 3DS respectively, bought the Olimar Amiibo, and i bought Hey! Pikmin on 3ds... And since E3 2014 i have been dissapointed each year with no new announcements... Please i know i'm not the only one who supports the pikmin franchise, it sells well, no more spin offs non canon games please. Have a nice day. Thank you for pikmin, it is really part of my life 💚.

In Europe its already out a while and i can tell u that this game is worth every cent you pay for it. People say the game only lasts about 10 hours, but if u collect all fruits and do all missions u gonna go for atleast 20 hours! Hope u will all enjoy the game :)

I was talking about bosses in general in pikmin games. There are a few that can murder relentlessly. But for most bosses, the only strategy is throw, call back, throw, call back, and repeat until it dies. In this game the strategies and bosses are much more big and at the very least, harder than in previous pikmin games. Take the vehemoth plosbat, or whatever you call it. The battle is VERY extensive and most of it is puzzles in a cave, trying to knock it down as best as you can. It's very cool.

I read that this game was originally supposed to come out for 3DS. I am SO glad that it didn't, this game is so pretty, and the motion controls combined with the gamepad work so prefectly if you've got a good setup, the 3DS wouldn't have done it justice. You've done good Nintendo!

Pikmin 2 became pretty hard towards the end because of those last three caves. At the same time, it was pretty easy because of the fact that you had purples (Which could stun most creatures) and ultra bitter spray (Which could practically freeze anything). I remember one guy replying to me saying that ultra bitter spray is actually in the game, and while I definitely encountered ultra spicy spray, I never found the bitter spray, so unless that's reserved for the other modes I have no idea.

I sometimes come back to this trailer because I love Pikmin so much! I think pikmin 1 and 3 are my favourite. Pikmin 3 has FANTASTIC visuals and is just a chill time. I love how all the fruits look and the onion redesign. I know I am like super late to commenting on the trailer but Nintendo please make a Pikmin 4 on switch. Or please port Pikmin 3 to the switch. More people need to experience this fantastic line of games!
