I do have an HD TV, its just not in my gaming room. I use the WiiU on that and it does look pretty darn good

I obtained the pixelated images, magnified them, printed them on 4 by 6 photos, cut them out with scissors pixel by pixel (there are over 300 images), glued them to the table (after painting it sky blue of course) and then finished the table with 6 coats of urathane. Whew. Took me over 100 hours and I had a video up about it that went viral a few years back but I took it down.

The Wii U did break the measuring chain until 2017 when Nintendo Switch was released. Even the Switch is a hybrid system it is still (For now) the smallest ever.

I think it's worth the investment really. I have a Xbox 360 slim too and both my Wii and 360 on my tv at the moment just look..... bleh... and the Wii U is like a beast in terms of graphics now and to me not having an HD TV these days is kind of selling myself short, that's how I feel at least.

I dont have a snes, as a collector its all i need to get for nintendo. I grew up in the 2000s so i played a lot of n64, alot of gamecube, a lot of wii, a lot of ps3, and now im enjoying the wii u :) I think the snes is probably better due to saving.

The best in my opinion are the superNintendo and the Wii I still have the superNintendo with 30 video games with the plastic thing on the bottom and I have the Wii and have 15 video games and have the Nintendo 64 with 10 games don't like that that much and I have the Sega Genesis with 20 video games and have the Xbox 360 with 10 video games that's all I have :)
