I always thought that Doyeon is probably the busiest member of WeMe, with CFs and her modelling, as we see the least of her when it comes to promotional events (like Weekly Idol), so I'm not surprised she's not in the line-up here. I love seeing Elly here, and actually, thought I love Yoojung and Soyeon and think they are crazy talented, would've loved to see Elly with Sei and Lua here. They would've killed it just as well, I think.

I think choosing Lua would have made it a bit more tricky for them as Yoojung is a better vocalist than Lua, which would make the arrangement a lot more repetitive since Suyeon and Elly will be splitting all the vocal parts, but I do see the point of promoting Lua more. Correct me if I am wrong

ngl to me ( since weki meki has a lot amazing vocalists ) i would have vocal positions as : main vocal : suyeon + elly lead vocal : sei + doyeon vocal : rina + yoojung sub vocal : lucy + lua this is just personal preference / who i think would fit considering their vocal skills and their lines !! i feel if suyeon wasn't in the group then elly definitely would be main vocal ! she has great range and has gotten so much better with stability and in their recent eras she's had a lot of vocal time and chorus time. good to see the company using her correctly ! i'm also glad they're finally giving lucy and lua lines again haha

Weki Meki is my favorite group in K-POP along with BLACKPINK and Red Velvet. They are the group that performs the most uniform choreography I've ever seen. I love them because of their talent and cuteness. All Weki Meki members have three abilities: Sing - Rap - Dance. And they did it really well! Each of their songs has a very addictive melody, I've been loving them ever since their debut.
