I would just about pay money to witness a good flat picker with a Nautilus guitar attend a Bluegrass gathering where none of the other musicians know about the Nautilus, and notice how they'll frown or even smirk at the guy with the Nautilus, but as they begin playing together, witness the utter shock, surpirse, and amazement on the faces of everyone, as the Nautilus blows all of the other instruments out of the water ( and you know it would ) for bass response and volume, lol. Don't get me wrong, I very much love Bluegrass.......but that would be most comical to see. I use headphones when watching/listening to anything musical on youtube..........and any time Ben plays any of his Nautilus guitars, I almost have to turn down the volume. I've never experienced that with ANY other acoustic guitar on youtube..........even though many other youtubers have high quality mic's placed close to their acoustic guitar being featured.

Hey Ben ( new subscriber here )........I have only 1 suggestion for your videos when you're featuring another one of your finished instruments ( and they're all amazing by the way ).........it would be nice if you stepped closer to the camera to give us a better view of each guitar, showing the fine details that we can't quite fully appreciate from a distance.

I have a 2009 Taylor 414ce Limited in Tasmanian Blackwood and Sitka. It’s the first run of Tas Black that Taylor did and the liked the wood so much they integrated it into their lineup of tone wood and offered it on their 300 series guitars. I love the way this guitar sounds. It stood out against all the others I played when I was looking for a new instrument. That set of wood you used in your guitar is stunning to look at, and sounds great! Very nice work!
