As you love the sea and the coastline you will LOVE the coast near Cape Town: Cape Peninsula is spectacular, both sides of the peninsula, and then on the other side of the big False bay, Clarence drive all the way through to Hermanus! I can be your tourguide when you come!

8:15 For sure delicious! In South Africa one used to only be able to get them over Easter time. But now, as there in the UK, they are available year round!

Hi there Nelda - thanks for the comment and really pleased you loved the vlog . 👍😀 . Yes can you imagine living on that head - when the rope bridge collapsed they would have had a big problem - lucky a ship managed to rescue them with ropes - not sure how !!!

You guys make everything look so cosy. The Irish stew sure looked soul warming. Crazy story about the sea stack....cannot believe that there was a settlement there. Lush is by far one of the BEST descriptive words 👍

Especially in areas where the cliffs are mainly chalk ... because chalk crumbles ! (I'm addressing the people who aren't familiar with chalk cliffs, not Marianne and Chris)

That plane is an Irish Aer Corps (our Air Force) CASA CN235 Maritime Patrol aircraft. It is based just outside Dublin in Casement Aerodrome. They sometimes post amazing images from around our coastline, on social media.

I have had a look online and the pub web site is www.thebeachbarsligo.com/ . The food was fabulous - you can park up there for the night and they also have coin operated showers which we took advantage of 👍😀
