There is something special about shooting. For me, it is a shock to the senses. There is the challenge of keeping the sights on target as you break the trigger (without flinching or jerking it), the jolting feeling of the over-pressure as the round goes off, the report and sudden kick of the gun, and the satisfaction when you drill what you were aiming at. It is also tradition in my family and often a bonding experience. Gotta love shooting.

I ask you to look into a Ketogenic Diet. I started an ultra low carbohydrate, high fat Keto diet last spring in order to control Insulin triggers via carbohydrate to glucose conversion.
