Just want ya to know, Rob. And I think I speak for a lot of us when I say you don’t have to go crazy with the theatrics and cinematography of the vids. I like the chill personal vids of just hanging out with ya and going on simple hunts, the little details are the best. One of my fav vids was when the squirrels chewed up your camp cables and you went on the hunt. It was chill and relaxing, low key and felt like I was hanging out with a buddy. Either way, this channel has inspired me so much and your positivity is contagious. Love me the DMFD fam.

I'm a severe type A Hemophiliac.. most of my time I'm in bed battling bleeding 😩 issues. I only WISH I could be out in the world doing some of the fun stuff that you do. I battle everyday the pain with a lifetime of bleeds and injuries HOWEVER I feel like I escape my injuries or my time stuck in bed when I watch your videos. You take me places on screen I only wish I could go and do. I loved this video.. in California we hear Florida has a bad problem with species of animals that don't belong there. Wild boar 🐗 being one of them. This was amazing to watch you come in quietly and take out not only 1 hog but 3 and then you get the Leader .. the BIGGEST HOG. That was amazing. I truly enjoyed this short film and thank you for sharing a part of your life and making my life way more bareable because for a short time I'm not stuck at home battling my disease.. I'm out there imagining how much fun your having and keeps my spirits up and puts a smile on my face. I'm deeply religious myself and I know I have survived through so much because the good Lord has saved me from bleeds that should've killed me. Everyday is a blessing to me. I like to watch this channel because im a wild Boar hunter myself and still learning .......alot about how to hunt for best results ! Rob is very skilled in most what he do and I imagen I can get many tips from watching this channel 😁 We have in Sweden big hogs as well and I know for a fact that they are extremely hard to get them in to a feedingspot. The BIG Boars are toooooo clever not to feed from a feedingspot thats why they become so big 😂 I got lucky a few years back when my cam sent pics of a big black Boar and it was in Cristmastime so I didnt even try to hunt him. He visited the feeding spot for almost a month and later on två times on the same day. He fooled me three days when I tried to get him in sight but on the fourth day I waited him out many hours and could take him down. 215 kilograms or 473 pounds was the weight on his Boar 😲 maybe in the neighood of the weigtht on El Capitan 🤔

Just added Burris. In East TN we have coyote problems and they had killed virtually all of my deer and wild turkey. So, I'm working on getting rid of the Coyotes. Using a Savage HMR 17 because of the closeness of the neighbors. Have been looking at night optics. Thanks for doing this.

I'm sure this dish is great, however one thing I would strongly recommend is that you get a good sear on that meat out on that plancha you have. Also if you wanted you could strain and put the liquid in the fridge, take the large fat cap off and either reduce the liquid down for a stronger jus or take the fat and make a roux with it and then use the liquid to make a gravy.

I used to do a lot of wild hog hunting on a ranch that was overrun with them. They were rooting up as much as 5 acres of hay field in one night. I did not keep any boars over 100 pounds because of the scent glands. We had a big smoker on the ranch and plenty oak wood. We would cook whole pigs that weighed 80-100 pounds for about 16 hours. The meat would be falling off the bones.

Hey there, loved the episode. In South Africa what you did with the meat in your oven, we will go and do in a black cauldron pot and slowly but surely build up the pot, from onions to meat, seared, then adding water, stock, herbs and spices and then later, after a few hours of cooking {many slow hours of cooking}, the softer veggies like corn, peas, broccoli / cauliflower and lastly, a bread dough on top called "Dumplings". None the less this version of yours seemed really cool and from what i saw most enjoyable. Thank you for the effort in creating this episode and showing us a side of your world verus others.
