A day Nymph fly fishing for Wild Brown Trout on the River Severn, Caersws Wales UK
I have rarely river fished for wild trout with a fly and this was a brilliant excuse to get the nymphs out and chase some beautiful wild brownies.
The weather was hot and there wasn't a lot moving on the surface but we found some good success fishing a little deeper.
