Tee Campez It certainly wasn't dull! I love walking in bad weather but have to admit to a few curses through the night as I was constantly repegging the "good" door! :-) I'll get some of those windjammers ordered. Thanks for watching. Graeme

Black73Cat well guys like you dean and a bunch of the other wild campers inspire me to want to have a go myself I love photography so if I can get into wild camping it would help me loads being in the peaks experiencing the beauty at all times of the day. Im looking to get a vango banshee and get out there thinking derwent edge for my first camp as its not to far from mansfield where I live then hopefully get into the lake district when I have more experience. Keep the vids coming

rnorgatephoto I live near Mansfield too. The Peak is really handy for a quick trip. Photography is my secondary hobby...I'm struggling to find space to pack my camera though. Need to improve my packing skills :-P It was mainly Dean who inspired me to start wild camping, although I've been a hill walker since I was a kid. Give me a yell if you fancy a trot out in the Peak sometime...I don't need much persuading as long as the wife is agreeable ;-)

Rycote windjammers are great they are about £9 for a packet of 6 , i think people are put off by the cheapness but they work for me......depends where your camera mic's are.Yeah i don't think i'll take the mini-peak in the hills its a great woods tent i hope you get it sorted. You'll get a clear day honest and isn't the wild weather fun , it adds to the micro adventure. I think your hooked Atb Eddie.

Thanks Eddie, they look great. The case on my camera is slightly different to the GoPro but they'll work with a little bit of modification. I have another vid to edit later and that's suffering too, so I really need to do something. I took the Mini Peak out again at the weekend. It was fine although winds were a lot calmer. I think I've sussed how to pitch it better now. Until I get some more spare cash, it'll have to do. I've definitely got the bug now though. :-) Thanks for watching and I really appreciate the advice. Cheers Graeme.
