It was all going so well too! I really like that one mate, you know I’m not a fan of music in stuff like this but that had a really nice feel to it. The cut at 10:32 had me smiling though, would do well in a horror movie… 🤪 Look forward to anything you put out astro, I think I mentioned before I thought you should do more. Especially as you said maybe some stuff specific to GoPro. I recently took my old H7 out and gave it a go. Loved the simplicity of it compared to a big mirrorless but didn’t quite cut the mustard quality wise. Need a good play with the settings and modes I think. Maybe an upgrade. Cheers, hopefully you’re better by now

Richie A great video mate. Your solo adventures improve with every release. The mood you create through your photography is impressive. The soundscapes intermingled with silence and natural sounds is homogenised. Brilliant Ritchie. I feel it for you cutting it short. Hopefully you are on the mend. Looking forward to your new videos. Could I ask you as I know you enjoy your night skies. Do I need to be able to see the horizon to be able to see constellation Virgo? I know it is visible now ( northern hemisphere). I want so see it before I meet my maker. Stay safe 🔥

Hi Kenneth, so sorry it’s taken me so long to respond. I’ve been poked and prodded and examined relentlessly over the last couple of weeks. Unfortunately I can’t give you much information on Virgo mate, but I would recommend an app like SkyPortal, or Night Sky X to give you a live view of constellations wherever you are. You would certainly be able to find Virgo, and see where it is going to be in the sky on any given date and time. Hope that helps, and thanks for your message.

I have had food poisoning before when wild camping on my own....being alone and sick in the middle of no where with no help is the worst feeling. You just have to keep calm and you did right thing.

Oh no! You made the right choice to bail out, always best to play it safe. I'm sorry to hear it ended the way it did. The camp location looked lovely and really liked the drone footage. Better luck with the next one and hope you feel better soon. xx

Arrrgh.... not a great steak fan but that looked lovely.. it would have been a bit of rib eye for me - mushrooms I love though. Sorry to hear about your stomach probs Rich, I feel your pain. I suffer with an hiatus too and 3 years ago I also had an umbilcal done which recently has returned. I find certain exercise will kick it off as it seems to set the acid off which I seem to be able to produce in copious amounts - watching you drink the beer I wonder if that was a contributory factor too? Look after yourself. I have had your Shropshire Hills on my radar for too long - I need to get up and explore. Look afteryourself and hope you feel better soon. atb Al

I think I will avoid that camping spot for a while 🤣. Garlic mushrooms would give me the rips too! I have a flat pack titanium stove, can you recommend a cheap fire mat to protect the ground at all? Also, speaking of avoiding pitches. There's a spot the Mafia use on the South side of the woods, last time I walked past it had cow footprints on it so beware. Hope you are on the mend now!!

I would get checked out for Irritable bowel syndrome, but that was probably the first thing to check on the doctor list i recon. Hope you are feeling well. still a nice video though.

Talk with Luke at theoutdoorgearreview. He talked in a few episodes about having a similar issue with stomach pain that turned out to be an ulcer that was caused by a bacteria from a faulty water filter out on the trail. I believe he said he tried treating his for a while and a MD finally treated his with something a year or so later that fixed it, now he is good to go again. If you use water filters on the trail; consider talking with him to see if your symptoms are similar.

Its a shame it ended like it did......My go to method for any type of stomache upset is a tea spoon of bicarbonate of soda..It will either settle your stomache or empty you out....I reckion all that spicey stuff you added must have triggered something because to have a sudden onset of illness immediately after eating if you was previously feeling fine is a no brainer to me....Obviously i am not a doctor ...just using my noggin which is absolutley forbidden these days so thank god your doctor prescribed some toxic poisens :)
