That was a nice video. Sometimes the simplest ones are the best. Inspired me to just take an evening to go cook a simple meal outside. I just need to make it happen now! Take care!

Ah, you've saved me from my boring afternoon! Good to see you out and about, and I'm sorry you haven't felt well. When we have most of our lives been so healthy, it's harder and harder to deal with even just a cold or flu! I'm glad you feel better. Your stuffed pepper did look good - I hope you enjoyed it. Take good care of yourself and hope to see you out there again soon!

Glad to hear you're feeling better! Always enjoy your content, and as long as you enjoy making and enjoy sharing it with us, I hope you don't get caught up with the analytics. As for your knife, that's how I like my users a little rough around the edges! (I have plenty of draw queens for now)

Don’t know why you don’t get more subs, because you are a great guy and I love your sense of humour. I have been watching you for the last couple of years. Love the Scottish trip with you the two Simon’s and the rest of the gang. It really made me emotional that trip because it was for dementia and my mother was with me at the time with it. She has since passed. All the best for 2025.

Hi, Richard. Hope you are feeling better. With the Dutch oven, I find that suspending it from a tripod above an open fire with embers placed on the lid to be the best method. They do cook fantastically well, but they are heavy to carry! Simon Bloke in the woods has a few good videos on them.

Hi Richard and a happy new year to you too. That looked delicious. Stuffed peppers are one of my favourite meals. I make mine with rice, peas, sun dried tomatoes and any left over meat. You can add any flavour or seasoning to them. Probably slightly less calories than those ones you made. Look forward to your 2025 adventures. 😎🇬🇧

Ha! The Hungry Jack's Idaho hash browns - do you pick them up when flying across the pond or do you order them online? I've been thinking about selling a version of them over here as they are absolutely fantastic.
@RichardOutdoors15 сағат бұрын
Yep. I pick them up on my travels!

@RichardOutdoors nice! Far cheaper. The last lot I got were from a friend holidaying. I honestly think, marketed right, they could be a big thing over here. I don't know why we can only buy them in frozen triangles. I also love the use of the carton... People in the UK have been made to think the folk in the US are just crazy polluters, yet they have been way ahead with loads of conservative policies for donkeys years.

Welcome to 2025 Richard and as always, it is fantastic to see you out and about and cooking up a very tasty treat. I can't wait to see your future outings and it'll be wonderful with your new part time freedom. For your Subs - to boost them up - I reckon some well timed collaborations would be helpful and beneficial. Personally, I'd love to see you camp with "CampingwithJosh", Simon, A bloke in The Woods (again but always good) Andy - Kent Survival and Mike - TA Outdoors. I realise that the logistics are more complicated, though the rewards and feeling of fulfilment and satisfaction must surely make it worthwhile. Who knows, you could jump several 10k Subs easily as I love your presentation style, your content and how you explain things and willingness to diversify, you always get my thumbs up whatever you do. In all cases, so long as you're happy and enjoying yourself, that's the main thing. Take care Richard, all the best to you and family 🙂
