I have one and I really like it! The belt is a bit hard to tighten might be a matter of time though until the strap softens a bit. Overall the fit is great. On Petzl harnesses I’m between sizes, M goes to 84cm and L starts at 84cm, no overlap between sizes. Wild country had a better size gap for me.

You mentioned hanging around a little, is it comfy enough for a lot of dangling and staring at the crux of my project or is it really just for the Send go? Cause let's face it, most of us to a lot more staring at the crux than we do climbing it.

I honestly never understood these lightweight harnesses. Like dude, if I cared about extra 40 grams, Id just take my shirt off for the send go, put on shorts instead of pants. If I wanted to really increase my performance, Id take a shit and wee, and boom, minus 500 grams right there. Get out of here with there light harnesses, I want to have bloodflow in my legs when Im sitting in it for more than 10 minutes.

I seriously appreciate wild country making both gear loops as low profile and unobtrusive as possible. On my sender I removed the front two bulkier loops because basically this harness is around for permadrawed projects. Think weight is always the obvious metric but the profile of the harness, staying out of the way and barely feeling there, is what matters for these.

Matt Groom, eliminating a league of onsighters :> I'm interested in the wear&tear of the legs tie-in loop. Every harness I had broke their, which is why I opted to buy the Mammut Sender.

Break the waist loop? How is that possible? Doesnt the bottom tie in loop break first always?

how on earth do you break your harness in sports climbing? Was it 50 years old?

@@philipppuchner1115 It wears trough. If you climb 3 times a week, 3-5 years is the max you can go.

Is there anyone that actually cares about extra 40 grams on a harness? Like seriously, put your hands up right now if thats important to you.
