Driving and Travelling are two different things -- Well that's what Black's Law says (in it's 1910 edition - by 1933 they changed that definition). And Black's Law is just a dictionary (or glossary) of legal terms, it is not the law - it was just written by Henry Campbell Black, who was not a legislator or judge himself (I don't think he was even an attorney). They keep quoting this 1910 publication when almost nobody had a car.

Some have been taught that the "Right to travel" (in the US Constitution) is the "supreme law of the land" and thus supersedes state laws that attempt to limit that "right". They are simply wrong on multiple levels, but are not trained to figure out how..

@@UpnorthHere I don’t disagree with the right to travel as a matter of Supreme Court case law (it’s not explicitly in the Constitution as such but was inferred in a SCOTUS decision), but that is not the same as piloting a 2 ton metal missile at speeds over 60 mph on a public road without any regulation whatsoever. They’re minds are so warped to believe that walking or driving a horse-drawn coach would be considered by a court to be the same as driving a car, OR that a court would ever take their side and eliminate 80 years of nearly universal practice by all 50 states and that would also eliminate private pilot’s licenses for personal aircraft. The guy in Judge Middleton's court seems to be one of those 'well I came across this concept online that seems like it might get me out of this legal pickle I'm in and I don't know what else to do so I'll give it a shot' guys. Kinda sad.

They should give the sovereign citizens their own country, I suggest Florida. Sounds very reasonable to me.

He's new at law so he decide to practice law as a sovereign citizen which is a even more complicated version of stupidity... As it has no basis in *actual* law. He's off to a great start ain't he?

First guy is given a choice of taking an easy shaded paved path through a park where your troubles will be dismissed when you get to the end or climbing a cliff over sharp rocks with nothing but a pool of lava when he gets to his destination. Under no circumstances will he take the easy path because some guy on internet told him differently.

I found the Darrell Brooks trial to be fascinating. His annoying redundancy of his version of the law was an excellent tactic , as to infuriate , attempt to force a miss trial and prolong everything . The question I have was on jury nullification. The jury apparently has the right to do it but he doesn’t have the right to tell them ? I’ve watched the, verdict reading video , numerous times and enjoyed it .
