That _legal person_ is hers to use by right, the Roman system presumes her to be unfit to use it and therefore they "administer" her Estate 'on her behalf' or 'for her benefit.' If it be proven that she is competent and living, then those temporary trusts which constitute the Estate must be dissolved by any trustees/administrators of the trust.

That's why, ten out of ten times, when the judges ask them to state their positions, they always say "I stand on my documents" or "the documents speak for me" because they wouldn't be able to summarie the arguments if they tried. t's funny how they memorize all these phrases but don't spend any time learning what they mean, just how to spew it all out in a tossed salad of formerly English words.
