21:24 I’ve seen this wrath in person lmao . Judge McNally is actually SOOO nice. I’ve been before him unfortunately twice and he was so funny and nice but he DOES MATCH ENERGY. When ppl are rude it’s over, but he was so kind to me. I had a warrant for an unpaid ticket and I had no idea so I came in and apologized and he was so nice and just let me pay it off and didn’t send me to jail. It helped I had no record too tho lol

That father is scary. I have zero doubt that he would refuse to give the child back to mom if he had unsupervised visitation. She has valid reasons for concern. He's an angry guy and he definitely shouldn't have unsupervised visits with ANY of his children. Also, this boy has seen him one time so if he thinks he's going to immediately have 50-50 custody then he's crazier than I thought. I have concerns about him having unsupervised visits with any children. I'd love a follow up on this! Thanks Mike!

I agree with the fact that he will not get custody of his daughter. And he definitely will need supervised visit with his son. Personally, I can't see her ever having a close enough relationship with him for him to be the father of her child.

Judge McNally! I was never even spanked as I kid but every time I messed up I'd get a 2-3 hour lecture from my folks. At the time I would have happily just taken a slap to the face to NOT go thru it but they really did put the effort into parenting me and I'm forever grateful.

Hi Mike! IOP in Texas is Intensive Outpatient Programming. It is one level below send someone to residential for drug use. I am a probation officer here in Texas and we have to monitor how they are doing with their treatment and have the probationer take random urinalysis drug test weekly to ensure the are not using. If they are using then we will target the drugs they are using and ask about it. So this guy if he isn’t sent to jail/prison should be headed to a residential program that will force him to complete the program.
