Sigala was the aggressor the entire fight. Link was on her back foot and playing defense mostly. The arm reach was in links favor but she wasn’t the better boxer. First round was the best and set the tone.

Interesting. Link had the reach advantage, but Sigala was better at distance. But Link was better in the clinch and did more damage overall. But Sigala had more gas in the final round. Tough fight to call, but i'll agree with the judges. Good fight

In an active clinch, you better be constantly throwing punches or the ref will be quick to separate you. In boxing, guys can clinch and wrestle for position and finally end up throwing a couple of meaningless punches. Can make for a pretty dull fight sometimes.

Lucky Win. Signal Need’s to Really get a different coach. She drops her head whenever she throws a hard right, reason for getting hit with an uppercut, and stops punching after she has her opponent on the ropes. Very limited Multiple punches…1-2, 1-2, and she’s done punching.

This fight could have ended in the first round if Link's coaches paid attention. Everytime Sigala comes in swinging, she has her head down. Wide open for uppercuts she won't even see coming. She needs to quit doing that, and maybe learn to bob & weave instead.

Tough loss for Link. She was murdering Sigala in the clinch by using her heigh and leaning on her while punching inside. But Sigala was moving to the right and landing the right hand. Would have liked either fighter to lean a bit more into those strengths, and Sigala needs to learn to not let taller fighters learn on her. But good fight; I would not want to run into either of these ladies in a dark alley. :)

I can see why you say that, but it's not the case. The taller woman, kept her at distance to prevent dealing wuth power, yet she was kit repeated by short punches and when they tied up rapid pinches landed unanswered. Judges made a good call here. The problem with controlling distance this way is your always on the back foot, alwats worried about exchanges, which leaves you open to score defeat. If you want to keep distance , that is understandable, but then knocking the opponent out becomes key, as well as using the jab to add numbers to your count.

So this is what it’s come to. So sad so so sad. But if we must it’s bare knuckle no need to head hunt go to the body couple rounds first will take the fight right out of your opponent then look for openings to the head. Letting them hold behind the neck and hit is just beyond stupid it’s unsportsmanlike. And with everything we now know about concussions letting women bare knuckle it should be illegal not that a foot to the noggin is any less dangerous.
