@@integrativemysticism1840 yeah my as the harry potter book so aptly describes the experience muggle mom had these in the 90s growing up but never really used them or properly delved into it but it was the key for me as a young person to start being tapped into it. before the big affiliate marketing craze in the EO world i never heard anyone doing stuff like that...they would have a few recipes in books here and there to mix with food or water but was very clear to do like only one drop or very sparingly and described what concentrated means and that all plants are not good for digestion and absorption just because it's natural. i feel like nowadays people tend to be more lax in this understanding.

Use them! And then throw them out lol. And yes, it is definitely a choose your battles. The problem with so many people trying to use magic for healing is that they actually end up subconsciously fortifying their attachments to what they think they’re healing from and who they are departing from. Can’t let the attachment constantly run the program.

I was able to do this today. I got really weak as soon as I finished programming my old shoe, and still feel really drained. Is that normal? Do you think I did something wrong? Hmm... If you're feeling drained I think MAYBE an enemy may have been "feeding" you energy as a supply. Sometimes that happens. It's like they send a tainted "positive" energy to keep you invitational. The loss of that energy supply, tainted though it was, still means a loss of that energy so you'll need to recharge urself is all

Nico, may I trouble you for your expertise.. I have scoured the Internet but can't find anything specific on this topic. I was wondering if you have any suggestions on what herbs to use for binding spells? In this case to bind someone from doing harm against others. I can only find various protection herbs, and that's a given, but not really what I was looking for. Wanted to see if there's anything more specific to binding. Just remember it's not always crucial to know. Certainly don't wait to hunt someone down to take care of yourself & fix your situation either. Just the word "enemy" is enough to take the right shot. Plus even if you need it revealed (and it might not be who you think it is) you can pay attention & see who trips up.

I would definitely avoid that. Shoes are very different . Even on just a physical level they’re never gonna be fully clean from where they’ve been. It’s just impossible to get in there and clean them out completely. I would avoid a secondhand shoes for sure. But on a spiritual level I don’t think it’s always good to wear those either because they do have marks on them. They pick up the energy from everywhere. The person who wore them walked. And even if you cleanse them, which OK, but it’s not gonna lose the record. So shoes should always be new. Secondhand jackets, shirts, jeans, whatever other art clothing OK cool but I’d be careful on the shoes,
