I watch lots of hog catching videos and I think you should get yourself a long green 1/2 stick about 10’ long and put a red or orange flag on it to make the pigs go and them will also chase it into the door instead of running around and yelling . Or one of the flag pole they put on atv’s or side by side . Here in Ny we can’t hunt or catch them anymore, the Dec took it away from us and said that they would take care of the wild hogs , they said that the people hunting them and catching them were spreading them around to much .

G'day from Australia. A question. Can you round up hogs (like they do sheep) and drive them into yards. I imagine temporary fences used to guide them to the yards.

They tend to scatter, bolt and challenge fences, dogs and anything cornering them under pressure. Even when a dog (sometimes dogs) do bail up a mob they break up and bolt when pressured, so any wing fence arrangement would be extensive and extremely robust. Some places exist where it may be possible (think the sort of place native early settlers trapped dinner by driving them over cliffs) but it's easier to take a portable trap to the pigs

If you add a small ramp between the trailer and the ground, the animals will go in easier. The step between the trailer and ground is the problem the animals won't go in.

Darn it! And I watch this documentary about a tribe somewhere in amazon rainforest or in africa I think? and to them, before a boy becomes a man, he need to butcher a pig and distribute its meat among the community member and there is this man who rich the age of over 20 if I remembered it correctly and yet, he cannot be considered a man by his community because he cannot afford to butcher a pig! and now, I watch this video about a wild super pig in U.S and canada who is being hunted and killed because they are becomming a pest! what a waste of a pig meat.

They DO pay. At least in the southern swamps of Georgia USA. Hogs ruin crops and other wildlife habitat too. They’re a major nuisance.
