Wooo Marc that's a real pizza! Congrats! Spadoni is awesome as flour, try to use also 0 version, or even the 1. The'll be lighter. And for an Italian touch, put a bit of olive oil before to bake, if you like ;)

Thanks so much for the beautiful video Marc. I know a lot of people wouldn’t think that this has anything to do with running but they would be wrong. An easy rest day can include a nice hike in the woods and eating natures food is great for our diet. In fact I often put an easy hike in my training plans for people that I coach. Good for the body and soul.

In my area people cook wild mushrooms in an omelette with a bit of garlic and parsley of course !!!!

You are the man Marc! Its incredible the skills and knowledge that you have mate. I wouldn't know where to start when it comes to picking mushrooms. Knowing my luck I would pick the poison ones 😂 keep supplying the awesome content mate! 😎🤘🏻

Jack of all trades, master of all 😉 I joke! At first it's quite a scary thing to try and learn (mushrooms) as many are not good for you, and many look-a-like. But I've nailed 7 types of mushrooms now that I know are edible. Funnily enough one of them is extremely poisonous but also extremely tasty apparently (not tried/found it yet).... you have to boil it twice for a long period before you can eat it 😅. Appreciate the kind words Ben :)
