The plastic surgery was started here. Notice the cheeks. He didn’t have face lifts or anything like that. The face lifts came in 1993 and 94. And it just got worse and worse. His doctor should be sued for ruining a mans career

Jere V. I thought he was so sexy despite the puffy cheek implants-they could’ve been more subdued however he’s still beautiful here. When he said “how do you know what I feel like?”...with that smile, I melted. IMO, there was no one better looking than him during this era or since then. It’s sad the way his career went downhill & the bad subsequent facelift surgeries that followed. He most likely would’ve aged like fine wine had he left his beautiful face alone. He should visit Dr. Andrew Jacono in NY for a facelift revision. He’s one of the top facial surgeons in the US if not the world.

Reneé ya, he is one of the worst examples of male plastic surgery if not the worst out there. There’s Carrot Top who falls shortly behind, but he was already hideous to begin with. It’s almost as if the docs Rourke trusted with his face destroyed him out of spite, especially around the eyes. His bone structure became entirely shapeless and disintegrated in the jaw area as early as ‘95 too. Sorry to say but I don’t think there was ever any fixing that hack job.
