One thing I want to add about Olaf is that you should pick him when the enemy has a lot of cc and has no escape abilities like dashes. Like sure they have a lot of cc that might lock you down but the idea here is surprising them with olaf's ult, it's like a double edged sword that will be your advantage when you use it properly at the right time. When teamfighting, ideally you should wait until the enemies have used their key cc abilities then you can go in, you will be able to deal a lot of damage to them without using your ult for a couple of seconds and when they are around less than half hp use his ult and the death dance and his lifesteal will keep olaf alive. Hells, you can turn off the online friend notif thing in Settings>Other>turn off the Close friend online notification Hoping to win at the coaching session :D

Well on pc version, Olaf can be permanently unstoppable in team fights as long as he has someone to smack on, and considering riots are constantly changing champions to their pc counterpart, I am not surprised if this gets implemented.

I've tried crit Olaf recently with random crit stuff and it's super fun to play when you can get to 2+ attack speed and demolish anyone in a 1v1 but you becomes useless in teamfights since one skill to the face blasts you

You can toggle off the “close friends notification” in your settings. Btw I ALMOST gotten a Pentakill with Olaf. Regardless of him getting nerfed, he is still one of the strongest junglers in the game.

Perfect video for me since I bought olaf not too long ago and I do fine in top but can't do shit in jungle maybe because I am too used to ganking as xin zhao and lee sin and olaf can't do that but his early game is so strong that farming isn't a great option either. Edit: I had the cleanest game ever on olaf after this video. Went 13 0 5 with 85% kp.

I'm an olaf one trick and I can say olaf is at best when picked against team with low mobility skills (like dashes). Olaf is even stronger paired with utility support, someone like yummi or lulu. The only disadvantage of olaf is if he didn't get a kill at early at a fight, this gives the enemy window to burst or kite olaf and negate his Death dance/thruimph resets.

I'm a very veteran Olaf player and, to sum it up, Olaf is basically great against characters that have one or more of the following conditions: - *This first condition is basically the most important one* -> Champs with a bad mobility that can be easily caught to fight them in a melee style(For example, Lucian is a counter to Olaf because of his high mobility -and high bursting potential-, but Lux doesn't have any dash so it's free food for Olaf) - They depend on their armor(Thresh, Blitzcrank, Rammus, Malphite) - They depend a lot on an specific cc that you can ignore(Lux, Thresh, Blitzcrank) - They depend on a very sustained and consistent dps but have a bad bursting potential(Jinx, Ad Varus although it is not being played as much right now, Xayah, Pantheon if you are at high hp, Khazix, Nasus) So, to sum it up even more, Olaf counters high armor tanks, low mobility champs, champs that are not very good at instantly bursting semitank champs and depend on longer sustained fights, and champs that depend a lot on a certain cc to make a combo or oneshot someone, for example Lux, or another good example, Olaf is great against Malphite and Thresh(Thresh mainly, since it is very strong in this meta), since you can ignore all of their important CCs and ignore all their armor, also they have to waste important abilities or spells to be able to run away since their base mobility is bad, so they are basically free food for Olaf... I hope this helped someone 👍❤
