Nasus is not bad at all just play safe, enemy would get extended trying to punish you and if your jungler has half a brain it's and easy gank, and if they play safe, thier dancing in your palm or should I say paw.

Judging by the thumbnail, you can tell that Nasus supports the pride event.

One thing to mind is that the enemy have jhin (Burst ADC). If the enemy is Jinx, Kaisa, Xayah, Varus and Tristana (but she sucks right now), you'll get killed by early mortal remainder. This also answered the question of "Why did Nasus become weaker". The best answer is Mortal Remainder (many ADCs will build crit/attack speed first then mortal remainder/GA last -especially if they have champion rune and died only once- few exception will be Lethality Varus (but AP Varus is just better right now, the 2nd skill scales really well, however, Nasus will be at full HP), you'll easily get to half HP each time he poke and Under 30 percent health, Varus will kill you regardless)

At 21:50 it's because the enemies will buy a lot of anti-heal and armor pene As spells I do the opposite of you bcs o play more than for the mid/late game, on boots and summoner spell you have shield and speed, I prefer going ghost and stone plate (yes you've said that you want dmg, but start a fight with that just makes the enemies use everything on you for nothing basically), an interesting item is Lyandri's, that plus your ult is just overpower

That initial farm is mandatory. Each kill with skill 1 will increase the damage of skill 1 by 4 permanently. If it’s an opponent or large monster or minion, it will increase by 8. So if you kill 40 minions, 4x40=160+base damage of skill 1. With trinity force, it does 200% damage of your skill 1 with its stack. That’s a lot of damage mid to late game.
