As a thresh main,I need to tell you: You need to be very patient with him, specially in the early game. His amazing cc can come in clutch some times,so you need to remember to be patient and wait for the best time to use them. In the late game,he scales very well with cooldown,and that's when you can use any opportunity to use your skills.

Just started playing this a week ago(restarted cause I played a few games before last year but was confused so stopped) learned Kai,sa and Irelia from videos and time. Got pretty good with both. Always mvp with irelia.I still make mistakes tho and learning. Im platinum 1 right now and just learned I can sell items and how to ping objectives😂

Hahahahaha that Moms maining supports bit is so good! I’m a 32 year old mom of 4 (and one on the way), and I LOVE playing support. I main Lux and use your tank build from one of your last Lux videos. Im still a new player so I’m not exactly great, but I feel most natural playing Lux in support. I like healing and shielding especially when absolutely necessary. I’m usually last to reach levels cuz I’m giving everything to my ADCs or others. But, I will DEF disown when people play like idiots.

As a thresh main when you are trying to hook don't get the habit of dragging the cursor and trying to pinpoint it to the enemy because you will have a lower chance of hitting the target because they are moving. Instead try to anticipate your hook in what direction they are going in your head and there you IMMEDIATELY HOOK don't waste time by dragging the cursor and trying to pinpoint. NEVER do the "drag cursor hook" technique. This concept also works on blitzcrank. The "dragging the cursor hook technique" only works on pyke obviously but the concept remains the same. Point the cursor where you anticipate in what direction the target will be going and it works on pyke because his hook is faster in release than hook and blitz. PS this also works on ezreal with his skills shots I rarely miss his mystic shot.

I'm a Thresh main, and I'm so excited about this video. Very well done Just note an itemization tip that when you need MR, and you have blood thirsty teammates like this game, and you bought Warmog's, then the best situational item will be Spirit Visage. In my opinion, Force of Nature tanks AP well, but usually, people will just AP oneshot you. Thresh' es nerf has made him pretty paper at the moment, so I don't feel like getting too much MR and go for higher HP. At least then you will have better utillity such as doing towers, contesting objectives, or at least leave a teamfight for 3 sec and come back at full bar. *people cry Still not having courage to go for Rocket Protobelt as a Thresh main, but seeing you just helped more confident. YOLO!!

so basically when building thresh you want to be a tank support the hierachy of stats is tankiness>movespeed(deadmans/fon)>debuffs(fh/randuin)>CDR>shield/sustain(warmog/ga)>buffs(ardent/zeke) soprioritize your stats in that order common build is armor/mr boots deadmans fon fh warmog randuin the idea being you want to be tanky and look for tank items with move speed once you got that look to debuff their team you will want some incidental cdr and csr is generally better than sustain, sustain items are situational/counter items and team buff you generally arent looking for (edit: added cdr)

When you build Thresh you don't need HP, your armor from passive makes you tank regardless, he needs CDR and items that utilise his passive very well,also after shock its still better because you need armor lv 1 to trade because you are squishy until the first 1item i played around 800 games to understand this .

I can say iceborn is also a good item cause you can slow enemies to hook them easier Also the slow is more reliable than the glacial augment

Fimbulwinter and Iceborn are the core items on Thresh. Then situational. Thornmail works well too.. his passive adds def and ap. And his skills do ap damage. So late game is iceborn circle is huge, and thornmail damage hurts... just go full tank and mana to spam third ability 👌

Today I've tried Thresh for the 3rd time I've managed to kill enemy Jihn in the first minute of the game cuz he was greedy and I hooked him to the towr then hooked thier jungle so that our jungle could take the dragon before they could smit it and lastly in late game everyone backed off Jihn ult except me walking to his face saying dead man walking and he couldn't do anything to stop me and again with his ult but this time I did what a true mom would do by lining up with my friend and tanking the dmg 😂
