Wild Rift Jungle Macro - First Clear & Objective

Thank you for this. Been looking for an up to date jungle guide. I’m fairly new to League/Wild Rift. I enjoy wild rift more due to the phone portability. Favorite jungler is Evelynn so hopefully I can apply what I learn from this to my games.

Better to let die the adc, (300 gold to enemy team) for 4 plates (600 to jungler AND taking away the possibility for enemy team to have it) and first tower (global gold to everyone). Worth it in enchange for the life of your ADC, that probably is full on weed and his brain is half down. 😊

I dont think people actually understand the math behind these % on dragons. Infernal is clearly the best, it gives 3% AD and AP. If you are a lvl 6 Irelia with bork as your first item and your team gets Infernal all you get is 2.91 total AD. A long sword for 500 gold gives 12 AD. This means the stats you gained from infernal is equal to about 121 gold, or about 1/4th of a long sword. Dragons are less than worthless

@@theluminary7340 if your ahead theres no harm in getting it, don't you also get gold from killing dragons? a buff is still a buff and when it leads to a huge permanent buff on par with elder and baron then it is worth it to get it if you can

I agree that Herald > Dragon.. I always feels like Dragon is just a "comic-relief" or maybe "coping" (in a good way). Contesting Herald is way more worthy than contesting first dragon.

I usually play Gwen, Morgana and Camille when I get filled Jungle. Apart from Morgana, I believe the clear for Gwen and Camille are slower than most junglers, may I ask if it is worth contesting for scuttles at all for those 2 champs? hell nah man focus on ur first clear and recall to get ur boot upgrade same with yone and jayce jg by recalling u bought ur item first against enemy jungler while being close to 5 so tht u can gank to other lanes

I think in general the strat being used seems a lot easier with lee sin since he can be so dominant. And he doesn't cover what he would have done if xin didnt make the mistake of going for both skuttles.

Hi Royal, I looked up the winrate of jungle champs in china server and I realized 2 strange things: Rammus has pretty high winrate (top 7 in jungle) and Olaf wasn't listed in any lane. Why was that?

I'll go ahead and explain. Rammus has such a high win rate because he is picked strictly as a counter pick champ against full AD team comps. Olaf isn't listed because he isn't very good so his pick rate is super low.

Every time I do this my team doesn't come to help. I ping I'm on my way and attack the rift herold over and over and over again starting when the timer is at 30 sec. Then I also tell them in chat the 1st dragon is worthless,which they all flame me for and proceed to go for dragon late. All die and don't get dragon and the enemy team rotates from dragon to herold and I don't get herold half the time..

a good counterargument for going rh over dr (even tho i am 80% rh first) is from Rebengga himself "in solo queue, a gold lead is pseudo-useless bcz there's a very high chance u woudl throw it away, better have a dr buff and naturally wait for the enemies to do their natural throwing tendencies" there's some truth to it, but i still go rh over dr 80% of the time and then work on my macro and discilpline to not throw away the gold lead

There is no argument for rh over dragon. The stats you get from infernal are worth 121 gold (1/4th of a long sword) going rh gives 1200 gold. You get 10x the gold from rh. I already explained this in another comment, but if you are a lvl 6 irelia with bork and your team gets infernal you only get 2.91 total AD the stats from dragons make 0 difference so the gold from rh is always, and will always be better. Low elo brain dead junglers go dragon first.

​​@@theluminary7340also the only potential I see on dr spawns is the dr soul which could be counter by extending the time the dr is up or getting 1 dr at least. After that 1-2 dr is useless. You could also get a higher chance to get the 2nd dr spawn if you drop the rh on dr lane allowing them to destroy turret before the 2nd spawn therefore helping you secure that upcoming dr spawn, denying dr soul for both teams.

just get the herald then drop it immediately om dr lane so that in the next dr respawn dr lane could help you get that dr. It's ok to steal at least dr to void the enemies dr soul.

@@dayangrosnahaefiey2964 it's about setting up for the next dr for your dr lane which is the closest lane. Through out the game only 3 dr could spawn. Each with 3 min expiration. First dr will be spawn at 5 if you delayed it to 8 minutes, the game could end with 2 dr's in total voiding the dr soul. That's why you need to at least get 1 or delay. Rh only spawn 1 time so get that instead and drop it to bot immediately for gold plate.

1- you target the tower with most plates or the tower with least teammates around cause they would take some of the gold 2- destroying the tower give more gold to you and your teammates

1. You prioritize mid tower because opening up mid allows your mid laner to roam more freely, and opens up the map for your team. 2. You dont have to destroy the tower for it to be more profitable than dragon. Try to get the tower to 2400 HP if you can because thats the HP that the tower will die to herald at, but even if u only get the plates its still worth

selfish play for solo queue​ put it within less teanmates@@Revenantion but for 5 man put the herald to the lane tht will give u the win condition (brainless placement thru mid, if ur adc can carry u then to his lane, etc)

It's true. Dragons are pretty much useless and Herald should always be the better play... Only if you DO manage to get first turret. Sometimes your team is already about to lose first turret before you can even drop Herald properly though, which sucks big time. Also, as long as you can prevent the enemy team from gaining Soul later on you should be fine.

If your team is already about to loose the 1st turret, the herald will give to the enemy team a second turret. While the dragon buff is easy to deal with (just don't fight during the buff timing) Then 2 more dragons will enable your team to fight for and it will be much easier to get it if your turrets are still up. Imho always go for herald unless it is contested and you know your team have late game champions facing early game champions.
