There's actually a lot you could do with the 1st ability. Using it to dodge the red/blue buff attacks so you don't take as much damage, especially the slam. Evading the dragon knockback when it flies. Dodging dragon attacks. Dodging big baron attacks. Waiting for the enemy to flash or use a movement ability so you could follow them. You could tank tower aggro for your team and alpha as the last turret shot is about to hit you to reset aggro. You could also just hit the turret, if you're going to die after diving , to reset the cd and then alpha to a minion. The 2nd ability is an animation cancel skill in lol pc. Haven't tested it here tho and I'm not planning to. I know Imma fat finger that sh*t lol.

About his jungle clear, one thing I do is use my first ability to dodge the red/blue buffs' attacks, I find this pretty useful since the buffs deal a lot of dmg in the early game

In my opinion its not efficient to wait for the buffs to attack you and then press 1st ability. You lose time by waiting for the attack. You dont lose much time, but its probably best to attack as soon as the cooldown is down. And you still get hp from smite and blue bufff so you shouldn't be concerned about your hp

Reaching late game is the hardest thing with master yi, in the 1st dragon fight master yi is always weak.... And enemy also knows that master yi can do nothing early , so their jungler ganks pretty often.... To play master yi my team mates should also understand that fact!

Master yi skill 3 tip in early game: When you have 3 stacks(below hp bar, and about to hit 2 times next AA) use skill 3 at that moment. In this way you can get extra 50 true damage. Because skill 3 apply ture damage on every hit and as attack speed increases after the initial 3 AA to proc master yi passive. Really helps jungle clear in the early game.

There's another thing I find incredible with Yi: at 4 items and as low at 13th level, more or less, you can easily solo baron. It's mad how you can get it in a blink while there's a team fight on the other side! That's why I feel like mastermind should be an option to consider, don't you think? Isn't the CDR already enough? For the same reason (teleporting to baron/drake) and for his strong splitpushing potential I also feel like teleport enchantment may be a pretty interesting option, what do you think about it?

I find using vampirism better than brutal: the early jungle clear speed is almost the same, but I do not get that low hp at all. In early-mid team fights I also get a bit of life steal, given that only late I get it from item, and I can still get mercury if I really need them

master yi may be a monster at late game so here are some counter picks. Hourglass is good at negating yi's highlander. If he alpha strikes at you and your in tower range bait him first into making him deeper into the turret. then use the hourglass. he'll be screwed if he can't alpha on a minion. Riven is also an absolute destroyer against master yi. she has a sh*t ton of mobility and has two CCs. Cowsep hates this champ so much so there's that aswell ;/ Jax is a good counter against him aswell, since counter strike has dmg reducton + immunity to basic attacks means he can buy a lot of time till his Wuju Style or Highlander runs out. jax is pretty relentless if he has 10/10 stacks of his passive. Lee Sin can beat the crap out of master yi in the early game. if Lee Sin's presense is all over the map yi is screwed. If this doesn't work then grab champs that has a lot of cc. the guy will be f'ed if u have a lot of em since he can't actually dodge all of em.

I personally think its better to go solari first item. First of all its a way stronger first item and you can actually utilize the passive. It will be possible to kill someone now and even if you don't solari gives you AS wich helps yi's passive for clear speed and the solari ability can also help you clear if you spam al your abilities including your W.

What a coincidence i played Senna X Nasus with my freind earlier since i saw some Chinese teams played it earlier this week Basically one of them built semi tank with some ap Winter Approach first to cover the mana cost and ability haste because you wanna spam your third ability since maxing it early game actually deals a tonne of damage and it also provides armor reduction I then built Liandry's Torment for more damage And then i free styled my builds from there I have grasp as my main rune I'm thinking font of life but idk Brutal Loyalty And genius Well i think there's some flaws in this build since im just plat and I've played like 3 games Also note that this Strat might not as consistent in solo queue so i recommend you to probably get a teammate Collab with excoundrel maybe

You always have low hp when clearing the jungle because you really need to do called jungle kiting. Smite passive gives burn to jungle monsters and get heal from it. Kite it and hit again the monsters to reset the burn to heal again.
