This woman is a piece of work. He is good enough to give her a home, a credit card, money in the bank, etc, but now that she has everything she needs, she's done with him. She couldn't even wait until his cancer gets him. Nasty piece of work.

That seems to be how things work with women these days. That's why many older men won't even have a woman live with them, much less get married. I'm one of them. Once bitten, twice shy.

@@MLA56 Men and women both have been getting worse and the bad ones are burning the good ones. But the law of averages says that at least Some of the good ones will find good mates, and I am hopeful, for the sake of the human race, that that happens more often than it has been.

I was raised in the South, and this guy is what we referred to as a "good old boy" and these guys are unique people. Good old boys can't tell anybody anything without telling a story. Good old boys are just about the most honest and open people on the planet. They don't know how to lie, cheat, or take advantage of anybody. Even when they are abused or taken advantage of, they are easy to forgive, and they have a strong sense of doing the right thing. Looks to me like this good old boy got taken advantage of???

TN is getting a lot more advanced when it comes to fairness between the sexes. And the judge knows they are going to violate the TPOs so the first one that breaks is going to go to jail and that’ll sort the occupancy issue for him. Also the flooding that happened in Waverly was horrific and a lot of children and the elderly died. I live just a few miles away from Waverly and went and helped with the clean up and it was traumatizing.

OMG. This poor guy has been manipulated by this woman. He is a good witness, when not interrupted. He is going to lose a lot of money by trusting this woman. He needs A LOT of protection from her! He needs to use his wealth to hire a family lawyer!
@timothyboone5003
@timothyboone5003 11 ай бұрын
@911JHMLLB I’m not so sure you could say manipulated. I believe he has been a willing participant. But he has taken precautions along the way to protect himself and his investments. She was banking on his past convictions being her icing on the cake. But when it was shown that she was aware of the convictions prior to all this. Her cake list it’s icing. And the recordings she introduced turned her cake into a biscuit. They had had a catastrophic flooding in that area. The man was being good hearted and tried to help her out. She took advantage of this help until the money started to run out. Basically get as much as she could. Then give him the boot. He seen a lady in need and was willing to help. But was smart enough to take some precautions along the way. After helping her gain custody of grandchildren. He was concerned about one of grandchildren’s grades. Which to seem he has their best interest in mind. He is also concerned about their future. This is shown by his willingness to have then as beneficiaries of his part of the ownership of the house. The children lost their mother and father due to overdoses. Grandma lost a son and daughter-n-law. Now she’s overly protective of grandchildren. Grandma easily manipulates the grandchildren into believing this guy is the bad guy. She sees nothing wrong with this because she believes it bolsters her argument. Grandchildren have been through enough. If grandma doesn’t throw some reins on them soon. She’s about to lose control of them. They are the most vulnerable party to this case. And have the most at stake here. Judge said he had pretty much heard all he needed to hear for one day. So he issued an order that he knows is unworkable and will be back in front of him in a few months. He’s hoping this will get the wheels turning towards finding a final disposition to the case. TBC

Edit- Wow! The Judge knows the deal here. He knows it’s the guys house. I love what he did. He’s not allowing Grandma to keep the house until it’s sold. She would have caused tons of drama that could make it take years if she was living in it. Soon as they talked a little bit, I knew what was going on. He’s a little controlling and likes order. She had no problem with it when he was giving up the money. She thought it would be easy to get rid of him. She’s desperately doing anything she can to get him out of the house and keep it for herself. Luckily for him,he was smart about how he bought the house.

If she really was rational, she'd recognize that she's put no money into the house, so she should walk away cleanly, and be grateful that she's lived there this long for free, and has custody of her grandkids due to him paying the legal fees to get them.

@@feyrannahunter1062 🤦🏽‍♀️ it's called "parenting". Telling a child they have to get their grades up in order to play their sport is 100% the right thing to do. The fact she and you think that isn't decent is hilarious. There are sooooooooo many programs for one income with kids AND SS increases with dependents. She'll be fine and shouldn't be concerned with money with all this "abuse" supposedly happening.
@kyfarm
@kyfarm Жыл бұрын
@@feyrannahunter1062 Do you have any idea how much money she is getting for each of those kids? There was someone in my step-family tree whose baby daddy was killed. She got 1200 a month for their son. Then another of her family members had both his parents pass away (drug over doses, like these kids parents), she took him in and got his social security, too. She lived off disability so with the 3 of them together, she got almost $4,000 a month. So this woman here is making at least $3500 a month for the 3 of them, probably more.

Oye! Shared custody of a home - what could possibly go wrong? -Property damage/vandalism -spying equipment -modifications without other's consent (ie uprooting the other's prize-winning rose bushes) -unattendend basic housekeeping and maintenance (no vacuuming, leaving trash and unwashed bathrooms...) This is an invitation for matters to get worse between the parties and sell value of the property to plummet.

They both have a stake in maintaining the property. He said he has cancer, but we don't know his prognosis. Time will tell. Shirley seems spiteful, I think she didn't expect this outcome. I also want to point out that if she were afraid of him, she wouldn't have cursed or gone off on him like she did. She knew it was recorded for a purpose so she probably held back. Shirley seems super shady, I'd be cautious if I were him.

Why did "A March for Our Freedom" just pop up on my TV 😲‼️😂 My friend thinks I'm magic because we were just talking about the subject! Then 💥 I'm weak Cuzo 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 He jumped up like somebody was breaking in! (at least I know he's got me) I was kinda weirded out myself until I realized it was the remote sticking under my thigh turning the channel 😂😂😂😂😂
