@Daniel Chuckson you can't buy any property here in the Philippines though unless you're partly own it with a Filipino. It seems that money is an issue to you because you're hurt with the price of these properties but you'd have to look further because these aren't all the properties that are being sold. It's definitely cheaper here than the US. Have you done at least a bit of research?

When in comes to condos it’s a good price already considering that your near bgc, if you buy a condo like this in bgc it would probably cost 300-500 million pesos. The house is also fully furnished. And it got a very homey feel not like the other houses that are more expensive but without furnitures.

Maybe you can ask for more discount. Also double check the plumbings, electricity, surfaces... hope there will be no leaks.... etc... just to make sure, it's worth your money.... As a homeowner myself, no doubt I prefer the house. It gives you the space you could ever need and the freedom to walk and jog around your neighborhood. It’s a great investment and great for hosting all your relatives and friends. BUT, it’s a bit pricey which means it’ll limit your ability to invest some of the money on other things like a vacation home and maybe starting another business venture. But, my pick is still the house then second the most affordable condo. Just research more on the older condo though, specially on the building structure and the area. Good luck! I've worked in this building for so long as a real estate agent!!! And I have never seen the penthouse, back in my years as an agent there this wasn't for sale so I never visited. Seeing it here was a total "daaaaamn" moment. And the price is amazing for the location and the beauty! I hope Will takes it! The owner took their time in designing this house! A lot of peepz here have been commenting about their preference to have a house and lot than a condo and shared their wishes for Will to have that instead. But if you've watched Will and his mom's previous condo hunt vlog, you'll know that they prefer a condo that a stand alone house in the metro. They are people on the go and they don't want to be bothered by maintenance issues associated with the keeping up of a house. A condo is pretty much a more convenient way to go for them.

@@sardisnas maintenance of the condo is easier because you only maintain everything inside your unit, everything outside like common areas are duties of the condo corp unlike a house you are going to maintain inside, outside and everything on your property.

Some here saying all about fault line. But the fault line is expected to shift in +-500 yrs. probably not in wil’s lifetime. Also most condo’s and high rise are more durable when it comes to earthquake vs a low rise house/building because of their difference in foundation since most small house doesnt have a flexible foundation. Even if it hits a 6 that’s not gonna come falling down.

Totally agree! There are stuff there that needs to be removed or changed. Less is more. But the whole unit though is a very well thought of house. Love the combination of wood and stone. And it’s theme is consistent all through out.
