Your video put a lump in my throat, it reminded me of when my kids were little. We had a Birch tree in the garden, sadly it blew over in a particular vicious spring storm. The kids were in their element, they spent the whole Summer playing and camping in the tree and refused to let me get rid of it. Twenty years later, the kids have gone and the tree is a pile of bark, but I still have these great memories, thank you so much for reviving them.

Accidentally found wildbeare from accidentally finding haze outdoors and they're now my favourite KZbinrs, I enjoyed camping and the outdoor but I lost all motivation to do anything after falling into deep depressed haze and wildbeare saved my life and gave me the motivation to not just camp but get out in the wild

Yes I understand just what all of you mean about being in the woods I live in the country and my job has me working alone all day in the countryside and it is so nice to be able to just go out and hang a hammock and enjoy the woods for a while no matter if it's a couple hours or days. As for this lovely young lady Claire well I've been watching this channel for some time now and Claire you not once failed to add extra beauty to the countryside you have a good soul and it makes you almost glow 😊 thank you for being here 😊🤗

Hi Claire, I've been following your channel for about a couple of months now, really getting in to the wild camping scene and as a former soldier, it's great fun to sleep out with out being shot at! We had 5 principles of camouflage when I was serving, it may have changed, but consider, 1: Shape, don't make any flat edges, 2: Shine, don't have anything shiny, reflecting sunlight, 3: Silhouette, don't have bright light behind you, 4: Sudden movement, the 'enemy' will catch a glimpse if you move to quickly, and finally 5:Sound, keep all noise to a minimum.

I was stealth camping in a wood on a farm whilst on 5 day trek and I had muntjacs right outside my tent knocking the guylines on the tent and snapping branches. I got no sleep which didn't help the next day having to cover 20+ miles! Love your videos Claire, always so calming and positive, even when your battling the elements!

I can tell you were happy on this adventure and you even seen a pheasant. I use to raise Chinese Ringneck Pheasants and the rare Golden Reds. The Raccoons killed my Pheasants and my Mallard Ducks .I remember going out in cold weather and staying up way pass midnight to get rid of the Raccoons. I really enjoyed your camping video. You did an excellent job of setting up your camp. I don't blame you one bit for going out camping to get away to be stress free and in peaceful surroundings.
