I’d definitely go Collins over Pinnock. He’s been Brentford’s best defender this year by a mile and much more likely to score. With Jensen out, Pinnock will take the long throws which isn’t ideal. I also think Dibling is a great enabler. He is going to be a star.

I think my team has enough for me to save the wildcard after I do Jota to Saka this week. Only worries are Armstrong (who I can always bench) and Minteh, but selling Salah will free up money to upgrade one of them in the near future.

I like the fact the game has a few cheap midfield options to punt on. The trick will be buying then selling at the right time which for me I enjoy. Rare those players keep up that form for too long. That said smith-Rowe feels like must have

Great looking team Gianni, always good to see someone push the boundaries a little! If Sancho was more nailed, I'd feel more comfortable with that midfield. With this you are always starting two cheap(er) mids. As good as your premium back line and GK are, would still prefer a little more spent on the attack, esp. given how the bonus work now.

I think you need to have a Liverpool attacker to cover no Mo. I had Jota and Diaz since my WC going into GW 4. I’ve just dropped Jota to ESR to upgrade Pedro to Solanke. Brentford Defence: Pinnock the safest pick for minutes but offers little to no goal threat Collins the best goal threat pick as he's likely to be on the end of a lot of set pieces however a worry for minutes Van Den Berg the cheapest pick but again a worry for minutes My personal favourite Brentford asset probably Rico Henry however he doesn't look like returning until the next International Break.

Might come back to regret this but completely disagree about Trent being a must on WC. For 1.1 million cheaper you can get Arsenal defence, 1.5 million cheaper Porro, and 2.1 million cheaper a Dalot with much better fixtures after the next 2. Liverpool have arguably tough defensive fixtures where I don't see them getting a clean sheet in 6 out of the next 9 games... so then you're relying on attacking returns. Obviously Trent is a fantastic asset, but don't think at his price he's essential.
