In case you're interested Jisoo and Jennie are Korean born in Korea but Jennie went to school in New Zealand for 5 years. Rose was born in New Zealand then moved to Australia. She didn't move to Korea until she signed with YG. Lisa is Thai and also didn't move to Korea until she signed with YG. She was their first non-Korean trainee.

I think Lisa wears glasses, so she would wear contacts, but I also noticed that Jennie had blue eyes in this one, so I'm pretty sure those are contacts. Wearing contacts is a very common thing, just like changing their hair color or wearing two to three different wigs in one music video. Jennie (Main Rapper, vocals) is Korean, and she was born and raised in Korea until age 10 then moved to New Zealand for five years, then she decided she wanted to move back to Korea and pursue music. She tried out for YG and became the first trainee out of the four girls. She is fluent in Korean, English, and I think Japanese. She is the only one with a Solo song so far. She uses a catch phrase, "I'm a Boss Bitch" in numerous songs. (Second Oldest) Lisa (Main Dancer, Lead rapper, sub vocals) is Thai, and born and raised in Thailand until she tried out and was accepted by YG entertainment and then moved to Korea to become a trainee. She is fluent in Thai, English, Japanese, Korean, and she knows some Mandarin. (She is Maknae - Youngest) Jisoo (Lead vocals, some rapping more recently, visual, and she is an actor) is Korean, and she was born and raised in Korea and ended up trying out for YG and became a trainee.Jisoo is fluent in Korean, and I think Japanese, and she is learning English. She is acting in a K-Drama right now. (She is Unnie - Oldest) Rose (Main vocals, Lead dancer) is Korean, and she was born in New Zealand, but raised in Australia. Her Dad had her try out for YG when they came to Australia, and she was the only one accepted out of everyone to become a trainee. She moved to Korea and joined the girls. She is fluent in Korean, English, and I think Japanese. (second youngest) The girls debuted in 2016 and they are the first K-pop group to perform at Coachella (2019). even if the set isnt cgi do consider video processing can still do quite a bit to enhance an image or create an illusion, like the skin for example its very rare to see kpop pores XD its a real face made of real skin and makeup sometimes is magic but the final product is an ethereal that is not realistic but is not plastic either its a mysterious precise middle-point sometimes they embrace the almost uncanny valley of the look, like in Yes Or Yes by twice that is a creepy concept hidden in the veneer of a cute concept, the eyes in that one are extra mesmerising

@@Newova hey Newie, I spent 3 years in a nursing home due to massive comp0lications after my Knee infection/replacement (thanks US Navy service years ugh) and I learned I can sit in a rolling office-style chair and still do a lot of the moves.. Just work at it. Of course, as far back as Junior High (1976-77) people commented on my sense of rhythm and feeling the music. Prolly cause I was a piano/flute player and Choir singer.
