Nepal is nothing like India, being an Indian, I was stuck there during covid time in a city called Dharan, the people are the epitome of hospitality there, they let me stay there with no money for 2 months with all food and basic supplies provided I got to know they don't adore India very much because of political reasons however the hatred is not towards the general public

I live in Australia and I'm a white male, I drive uber and honestly out of all the passengers from every country that I drive, Nepalese people are ALWAYS the most kind and respectful people to get in my car! Tbh i wish the majority of my passengers were Nepalese they are so respectful 🙏

Dharan is the gateway to the Mahabharat hills and is one of the biggest pilgrimage locations in Nepal. Tourists mainly visit this place for its natural beauty as well as take part in activities like golf, hiking to Namche, driving to Bhedetar hill station, picnicking at Raja Rani Lake and visiting places like Tamar Khola, Yalamber Park and Bhanu chowk. A few historical and religious sites to visit in Dharan are Buddhasubba Temple, Pindeshwor Temple, Panchakanya Temple, Shiv Jatta, Vijaypur Hill and Dantakali Temple. Apart from these, there are many local pubs and bars in Dharan, making it a major tourist attraction in Nepal.
