Agreed on Palmiotti, I loved Quesada in the day and it always drove me nuts how bad the ink were over him and it was always Palmiotti.

This issue blew me away when it came out. Travis at his peak with Alan Moore. I saw in Mark Millars interview with Travis he regrets looking back at how he faded in effort on the Moore run and how if he had stuck with it he would have had a larger body of work for this run. I'm paraphrasing but it was something like that.

The Alan Moore story where he does the superhero gang war in Wild Cats was pretty great, then I realized its kinda a rehash of Watchmen. Still interesting though. I think Alan Moore and later Warren Ellis on Stormwatch/Authority were the best writing on Image comics of the 90s or 00s? Its been a long time
