Indeed depending on your level up choices you can turn them into aoe casters, melee defensive tanks, and any other roles you can think of.

This is pretty cool if all you care about are the battles. It's especially hard to get people together for the campaign mode and you don't have to worry about splitting up the party to cover more ground.

appreciate this a ton. steam reviews made it seem like we were gonna be trapped in cutscenes for 20 minutes at a time and i've been spooked ever since, lol. good to see someone's first hour of play!

It depends which mode you play. The campaigns have way more dialogue and less combat.

Pairing Paladin with Untouchable is absurdly broken when you get the upgrade where you can do multiple attacks.
