This is awesome Michael! I love how you shape and reimagine the original song here from a more laid-back vocal style to a different mixing style; it works incredibly well and still keeps the original “vibe” of the song. Also, you did a fantastic job with the sampled drums- they keep a great steady beat and have a punchy tone that blends in well. Wonderful work with the video too, it cuts and flows perfectly. I hope you do well in the competition!

Awesome song Michael! I really liked the metal parts of the song, they hit freakin' hard! The Take the Journey Intro was also really good; it connected well leading into Wildfire, in that it feels like, well, an Intro. Vocals weren't bad either. Good job on the cover!
