With this extreme summer heat and humidity, I wish you could wait until cooler temperatures to finish cleaning out your MIL's house. But, I remember the year it took my 3 siblings and me to get our Mom's house emptied and renovated before we were able to sell it. They all live in another state, and I was the only one on that was still here. It's a really huge job - even for 4 of us. And I'm thankful we kept the HVAC on so we were able to work in all seasons. Hang in there! Soon enough, all that work will be finished and you'll have more time to enjoy your art!

Karen 💖 This already looks gorgeous! I love hearing Rory purring lol. I can't imagine refurbishing a house without air conditioning, ugh. We also have had excessive heat warnings with the highest temperatures at 116 degrees F. We haven't had these temperatures since we moved back, needless to say I don't like it, lol. I love this book! I still don't own a copy, I'll have to fix that soon. Absolutely beautiful work as always! I love the colors you chose! I'm sorry to hear you're in pain. My husband takes prescription strength naproxen now for the arthritis in his hands. I wish there was a magic fix for arthritis. When my cat is being a handful, I put an open brown paper bag lying on it's side on the floor. He loves it. Lol 💜
