I have both the Superfeet “Orange High Impact” and the Superfeet “Green High Arch Support” for my two pairs of Nike’s and are a match made in heaven for my feet. 🙂

I never had a problem with standard insoles that come with the shoe, as long as the shoe fits.

Great video 👌 I need structural support for flat feet and shock absorption for long hikes so what would you personally recommend?

I can’t ware any running shoes without finding they are uncomfortable in my arch only in my left foot. Running results in some soreness in that ankle. I would like to find a cheeper option but have no clue why I struggle with all shoes in my left foot.
@wildgingerruns2 жыл бұрын
Hmm, maybe you need to change the insole Pierre, I find this arch rub in some shoes too so I take an insole from another shoe and swap them over. Try this first and see what happens :) You don't need to buy one just nick it from another shoe :)

Tried swapping my Saucony Axon 2 insole with my new balance 1080v12 Insole but the v12 were still uncomfortable. It’s the inner arch of my left foot (and only my left foot) I tried on 30-40 pairs of shoes at the shoe shop and only the sauconys worked for me but only because they make me run on a different part of my foot and even they are a little uncomfortable. Sorry for ranting.

Is it just me but enertor didn’t seem to stop the bounce as much as I expected as they do the egg test in their ads, is the shock absorption good? Are they Comfortable or on the firmer side? Thanks

Desperately looking for a in sole for some inov8 shoes that dont have much cushioning and are also rather baggy in terms of volume. So something light that would lift my foot a tad to remove some upper volume. Opinions?

Tim, I’ve been using Enertor running insoles for quite sometime when I started getting shin splints, which have since gone away, recently I’ve been getting what I’ve been told is Post Tib tendinitis on my right ankle, I’ve been doing rehab and exercises for this for around 4 months and the only thing that seems to help is K-taping my arch and inner leg half way up my calf, do you think a high arch shoe or insole would help?

I have medical custom made insoles for my flat feet. However, they are fair to large for my cleats and the size had cause me to twist my ankle when playing sports in them. Recently I have been struggling with shin splints. I have plenty of exercise and stretches that I've been doing and they have gotten much better. However, I recently thought of the idea of purchasing some smaller store bought insoles to play sport in. Do you think it is worth purchasing some?

No such thing as best insoles, only what's best for you as all feet are unique to us. I use sola orthotic insoles, as they mold to your feet over time.

Hi Alan, sorry- didn’t know this vid had been posted! If it’s definitely PF then you need to be strengthening the foot- these exercises have been shown to improve the PF kzbin.info/www/bejne/gXOxc5R3rJx_bac but for symptomatic relief while you are strengthening the foot I’d be looking at the enertor insoles.
