Another fantastic podcast packed with useful information! Loved the winning images and stories behind them. I also love the “women’s only” workshops - such a great idea! It did make me sad to hear her stories of how she’s been treated by male photographers…fortunately I have never experienced that when being around male photographers in the field - all my experiences have been good and helpful ones. Now that I live in my current location I pretty much shoot solo in locations where I’m not coming in contact with any photographers at all. Thanks Matthew - keep up the great podcasts!

Shooting solo is the way I typically prefer too! I never realized the issues that exist for many female wildlife photographers. I’m seeing more and more of it expressed on social media. I’m glad it’s never been an issue for you. I always appreciate your comments and support!

Thank you for this interview! All my photography interests are definitely dominated by men and sometimes I wonder how women would change things, even if it was just a difference in communication with the same tips. Hearing the backstories of Jennifer's winning images, especially with the spur of the moment "wrong" settings, really hits differently when there are actual examples.

Another great interview. I’ve followed Jen’s work and met her in the field . Besides talented , she is a very welcoming and outgoing person to talk to.
