Wildlife of Spain: The Wildlife of Sierra de Andújar

This is a short film on the wildlife of Sierra de Andújar. This is the land of the elusive and endangered Iberian Lynx. We follow the story of the Iberian Lynx and its success in this remote and rugged part of Spain.
We also discover other wildlife that live alongside the Iberian lynx. Red deer roam in the hills and the forests and the Sierra de Andújar is filled with delightful species of birds such as Black Redstarts, Great Cormorants, Grey Wagtails, Blue Rock Thrushes and many others. Reptiles like the Iberian Wall Lizard are also to be found in this part of Spain.
There are stories to tell about the familiar herbs such as Rosemary that grow wild in their native home.

This documentary is amazing; beautiful creatures, gorgeous scenery, and soothing narration. I loved it! The area where you recorded the lynx at night is the area covered by Directo Natura, Camera 36, on KZbin. I visit that channel nearly every day. 😊 Even if the lynx don't always appear on camera, I'm drawn there by the beautiful scenery and the spectacular sunrises. The purple skies are beyond beautiful.
