Since you already had one heat stroke, you are more likely to get another heat related illness. You are smart listening to your body. Our heat and humidity are brutal on the body.

Yup, I grew up in AZ and was fine in 120 degree heat. Years after I left AZ I got heatstroke in 105. Since then I've been super sensitive to the heat. One thing that's really helped is one of those frogtoggs or similar wraps that you dunk in cold water and wrap around your throat.

@JackMalarkey yes sir when I first moved to Houston, I had been working in the West Texas oilfield, and when I got here, I damn near died of heat stroke my 1st week on the job. My dad told us me we aren't in Odessa anymore. This heat here with the humidity will kill you so slow down. That's been 30 yrs ago, and I still have to be careful of this heat and humidity. That's why I took an inside job.

Two videos within 24 hours, awesome day. Hands down my favorite fishing channel. Glad you were able to deal with that heat exhaustion. I remember the video from last year, it's not pretty. Keep up the great work (fishing, editing, narrating, etc.) Do you prefer cone shaped bobbers or round? I fish for bass, crappie, and bream when I fish freshwater.

Got to tge pount where i stopped sweating once. Absolutely the end of my day. Take care, hydrate, and I've said thus before, ill say it again: i would like to see you wear a pfd when bayou fishing. I feel and understand you. I had bad heat exhaustion last year fishing. I started to drink more water before the fishing trip. I think the days I was getting it was when all I had in morning to drink was tea. This video is a reminder to drink more water early.

Lord forgive him for using a live bullfrog for bait... Lord, it doesn't matter to me if he uses live bullfrogs for bait.. it would actually be more interesting to see live bait!.. just sayin' Lord.
