Visit India and join a workshop to learn the basics. There is one institute in souther India and you can enroll there for 5 days to learn the basics... Best wishes

2:28 that is cassia cinnamon, it's inferior in every way and is even bad for you in larger amounts. If you're gonna say you carry the finest spices and love goes into your product then you would be selling Ceylon cinnamon. It's bad enough the margins on spices are high af, but to penny pinch using this garbage Saigon cinnamon is a disgrace

I was thinking the same, the original and purest cinnamon comes from Sri Lanka (formally called Ceylon), buy directly from Sri Lankan brands that export them it’s well worth it.
